Looked everywhere for swim floats for my older (non-swimming) children and this was the only store to stock just what I wanted and at a good price. Fantastic.

The retailer sent out my order very quickly but the product itself was rubbish. Swimming armbands for my 4 year old and they sprung a leak after just an hour in the pool.

I am a little annoyed to be receiving another email asking to review Swimshop less than a week after I submitted my order. I have just received and completed feedback for 'Feefo'. Their response was, after I mentioned the ponderousness of the website, a tad patronising.
I am therefore, you may understand, reluctant to engage any further. Endless follow ups and requests for comments , especially when they in turn only elicit the kind of reply I've referred to, seem to serve no purpose other than annoying the customer, and causing them to take their patronage elsewhere.
