I can honestly say this was the best experience of internet shopping. Very fast and efficient delivery, unfortunately i ordered the wrong size (my mistake) which was quickly sorted out with one quick e-mail. would definitely use again.

Loads of choice and a really fast service! Generally products are excellent, although the goggles I ordered this time are a hopeless fit no matter what I do so I won't be able to use them. That, however, is not Swimshop's fault - just 'one of those things'!

Very helpful when I had a problem with my online account.

Mr order was for 2 pairs of mens Speedo briefs. I was out when they arrived and because the box was too large for my large letter box, I had to drive 4 miles to the Royal mail collection centre. I suggest that when articles are non-fragile and small, they should be packaged as small as possible. It puts you off from shopping on line.

The phantom elite goggles are great. I can swim without adjusting every few lengths!
The Maru costume fits well and I like the fact it will last longer than other costumes.

There was a problem with the delivery which was down to Royal Mail and not SwimShop but they resolved it quickly and efficiently. The swimsuit when I got it was perfect and my daughter loves it.

Ordered products for my daughter, they arrived within three days. No hassle easy to use the website and great value too.

What I needed was not in stock anywhere else, so was very relieved to find it here. Site really easy to use and a great range of items on offer for swimmers. Shipping extremely quick and reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend this site. I intend to use it again very soon.

I have always enjoyed shopping with Swimshop because of their high levels of service. This was no different, I needed these accesories swiftly snd had difficulties buying on line. I phoned and the lady I spoke to made everything easy in placing my order, and I received my accesories in time. They are standard items and I couldnt really review them ( a kickborad is a kickboard) but the sales experience was good, and the prices keen.
