I ordered some new flippers for my daughter and found the whole process so easy. The delivery came within two days and items were exactly as I expected. I would definitely use them again!

I was really excited at getting a jazzy, sassy swim cossie & was so pleased when it came. I've gotta long back & being "made in China" it didn't have as long a body length as I expected. I returned it, it was promptly replaced in a few days & my account was credited soon after. There was no chasing & faffing about on my part - brill!!!!

I was looking for the latest Carbon Pro Flex suits for my daughter. Found them straight away on three sites but Swimshop was by far the cheapest. They delivered for free next day (signed for) at no extra expense!!! because returns were also free we decided to order two costumes as my daughter couldn't choose between the red and the blue. We decided to look at them both so she could choose and we would send the spare back at no extra cost. This backfired on me though because she ended up keeping them both!!! ouch ! Great costumes, great service, great price and no hassle. Thank you Swimshop

I was very happy with the service. The item arrived very quickly and well packaged. My only comment would be that the sizing listed was not really quite accurate with the actual item.

I have ordered WIN ear plugs and ear bands and they arrived quickly with no issues.
I just wouldn't recommend transparent ear plugs as my daughter lost them rather soon, they are not so visible amongst colorful swimkit.

I ordered the wrong size, my fault, fantastic person on the phone who made the exchange easy. Fantastic product would shop with them again.

I like the high neck style on swimming costumes, but they're quite hard to find, so this one fitted the bill nicely. It arrived very quickly, I've used it and I'm very happy with it.

Goods arrived promptly and they were what I was expecting.

They are really good. I have had to return an item as it was faulty and another because the costume didn't fit properly but there were no hassles with returning the items and I got replacements and a full refund for the faulty item really quick. I would definitely use SwimShop again

I've been pleasantly surprised to discover how robust and endurable this swimwear is. I purchased two uglie swimsuits from Swimshop and not only are they made of endurable fabric endurance swimsuits they come in bright colours and designs.

I can order from swimshop and know that I will get a smooth service. the website is clear and precise. The only problem I had was I paid for next day delivery. I ordered on a Friday and recieved my order tuesday! Small print confirmed that Friday after 3pm did not count nor did weekend das (even thoufgh Saturday is a delivery day). Result was I had to rush to the shop on the Monday and buy 100 swim hats that I needed that evening at a higher cost than I sell them!!! Big pain. maybe it should not be called 'next day delivery'.

As above, as well the website was very easy to navigate but would have liked a 'view all' button.
