Value and very simple to use
Very reasonable price and easy to find and navigate website. Keeping things simple made my experience great. Also a lot cheaper than my insurance renewal who thought it acceptable to considerably increase my insurance after 4 years of customer with no claims.

Appreciated no specious Age-loading, common to most.
Grateful for paper documents as an option...cognisant that not every elderly person is WiFi savvy!

I wanted to clarify that when applying for an insurance policy, it is standard practice for insurance companies to check the CUE database to access any claims history. CUE is a central database that holds information on all insurance claims and incident reports made by policyholders. If the information disclosed does not match what the database confirms, we ask for you to contact us to discuss this in more detail. When updating the information to match the CUE database, this can affect the premium you were originally quoted. We apologise if this was not made clear to you during the conversation you had with us. Should you dispute the information we ask you to send in proof from the insurer so we can reflect that on the policy with us.
