Overall I am very pleased with the service I received, Sandra was helpful and replied to my questions very promptly, excellent customer service. The watch was dispatched quickly and was safely packaged. Their website product list could be updated more regularly as watches shown for sale can be sold or reserved. For the novice overseas purchaser it would help to have website instructions on how to complete the purchase using SWLs preferred international payment company.

Bought a watch and everything worked fine. Easy mail conversation with Sandra who kept me updated from start to finish.

I bought a Vulcain Cricket from this seller. Due to a customs issue, I was faced with the option of forfeiting the band or returning the whole watch to Switzerland for re-exportation. I chose to return the product to keep the watch intact. The seller reached out an advised instead that I forfeit the band and they would send a replacement. Then they broke off communication, not responding to any of my e-mails until I informed them I was contesting the charge through my credit card company. They e-mailed at that point to say the band was ordered and I have not heard anything else for 2 months (despite reaching out). I’m 4.5 months into this process without a complete product. The watch was purchased as a gift for a special occasion, which has come and gone. Do not trust swissluxurywatches.ch with your money or purchase!

This man and his website are a complete fraud, In fact Michel Giesen doesn't even exist, his real name is Yitshak (I'll withold his last name here), and several of us are working with the authorities to take him down. He has stolen money from many, many people, and in fact has left a long paper trail allowing us to eventually get to him. If you have been defrauded by Yitshak please send a message to:

Ordered a SINN EFZ 10 in December 2019 which was promised to be delivered by end of Jan 2020. The watch never arrived, communication was bad, the Mr. Giese did not answer further emails, telephone services were unhelpful and did not know who he or his shop were. I urged to pay back the 4360 SFR but no money arrived. The address in Lausanne is only a P.O box. No offices exist. Had to file a credit claim and alert police for internet fraud. Do not order there, seems to be very risky and their business model unclear. Where do these bargains come from? FRAUD WARNING. PT from Switzerland

I just ordered and received a Reuge MusicBox. I saved over $1100 by ordering from this site, and it arrived in perfect condition. This site is not a fast shipping company. It may take them several days to ship your order, but you will get a fantastic price. Michel always responded to my emails very promptly and I am very satisfied. Just be patient and you will happy too.

I just purchased another watch from Swissluxurywatchs.ch, and the service, reliability and professionalism remains as always consistent. This is my 3rd purchase from them, and I've never ever been disappointed. Michel, and his team responded immediately to any of my inquiries. I will continue to do business with them.

Shocking service. After I paid for a new watch, contact became more difficult. When delivery was late, they claimed falsely the watch would ship in a few days. When that didn't happen, they stopped communicating. No explanation, no apology, no watch. I eventually raised a credit card dispute through my bank and, 3 months after I initially ordered the watch, my credit card had been refunded & the dispute was resolved in my favor. However, it was a long, time-consuming & stressful process—all because of Swiss Luxury. My advice: avoid this company.

On January 29th, I used TransferWise money transfer service to send 2,474 Swiss francs to this company’s bank account to pay for a Vulcain Limited Edition watch. Although TransferWise completed the transaction and no funds have bounced back, Michel Giesen, the owner of this company, insists that he never received the funds. In order to investigate further, TransferWise requires a bank statement proving that he did not receive the money. However, even after literally begging Mr. Giesen at least five times to get this document for me, my requests were either ignored or denied every time. He would go for over four weeks on end without responding to my emails, and I believe had even blocked my phone number for a time.

TransferWise says that there is nothing they can do to help me without the document. I have contacted Mr. Giesen’s bank, BCGE, for information regarding what happened to the funds, but they are being extremely unhelpful too, despite my willingness to provide any legal documentation they need to verify my identity or otherwise. I am beginning to think I’ll never see the money again, but I’m not giving up yet.

Please don’t make an expensive mistake. Stay away from this company!!!

Mr. Giesen, I know you don’t want to deal with my complaints, but I will do everything in my power to make them known to watch enthusiasts everywhere. All you had to do was give me the document I asked for...

Found two watches at excellent price point, and easy communication. Shipped securely and quickly, once things were settled and the watches showed up as expected...New In Box. All working as expected.

I would give 5 stars except that it took a little longer than promised to be sent to me.

I ordered the Davosa Ternos Professional GMT Automatic from Swissluxurywatches.ch.
The watch arrived 2,5 weeks later and was send with insurance. I could pay with my credit card (also for insurance purposes) and the service was good.
I am very happy with my watch.

After having payed, the watch appeared not to be in stock.
So it took 4 weeks to get my ordered watch. I would have liked any in stock yes or no option on the SLW website...so i would have been informed.
After all the waiting was worth it, the watch is great!

I believe this company is a scam! I have tried to buy a watch from them that cost >1000 euro. Unfortunately I paid using a bank transfer. Three months later I have no watch and they are not responding my requests for info. I filed a police report and I also asked for help from my bank to try to recover the money but I failed.
Stay away from these people!
