Run by Ronald Grob whose history is purely taking people’s money and then going “bankrupt” and having no assets to refund anyone. Stay away. I lost 20,000 CHF. Criminal fraudster.

Trustworthy and Reliable
I purchased 7 fountain pens from Swiss Luxury Watches in 3 separate transactions. Each time, I was provided a time frame for shipment. Each time, I received the pens as expected. This is a trustworthy seller with excellent, courteous service. I would make future purchases from this seller without hesitation.
Very bad experience
Unfortunately, I am having a very bad experience with this company. I ordered a pen and waited patiently on the delivery for 3 months. After 3 months I kindly asked for a reimbursement of the purchase price. I still have not received neither a reimbursement nor the pen. The company does not even react on my e-mails.
Great so far
Great so far! M. Dubois is very professional and easy to contact, he provide as well a good expertise and advice, I paid directly my bank wire and received my watch couple of days later, 100% new and unworn! All I asked for. Buy with confidence
Quite simple a great transaction
Can't be more satisfied from the communication, service and kindness all along this transaction.
Thank you and wishing Best Swiss Watches all the best for the future.
