Another brilliant trip with Swoop. This time to the Arctic.

Swoop Arctic exceeded all our expectations with their exceptional service. The entire trip was well-organized and safe, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of the Arctic. Highly recommend to all nature enthusiasts!

Swoop are great at understanding and then matching your requirements to the best match in terms of location, vessel and trip. We have used them twice and would use them again.

Swoop was wonderful to work with. My polar specialist rep took the time to answer my questions and really listened to what I was looking for in a trip and ship. My customer experience coordinator took wonderful care of me after booking to make sure I had all the resources and information I needed for my expeditions. If she needed to get back to me about something, I heard from her within a day with the answer! Swoop even helped with accommodations, transport, and sightseeing recommendations. I've booked 2 trips with Swoop and will be back again! I honestly wish there was a company like them for more travel destinations. They make it so easy and are wonderful to work with.

I have used swoop for both my Artic and Antarctica expedition. I appreciated their advice, throughout and answering all my questions. I would continue to travel with them.

An action packed voyage in Splitsbergen Svalbard. The three aspects I liked most about the trip: 1) kayak (we had 6 outings in kyak in a 8-day trip). 2) wildlife watching (24 hours arround the day!) and associated seminars 3) Buffet meals and self-serve catering, no fuss, relaxed, plenty opportunity to mingle with other guests.

It was a privilege to see this part of the world. I am really glad that I did it, and when I did. Swoop was our travel agent to both the Antarctic and to the Arctic. They did a good job of preparing us correctly for this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
