Not very informative Personale
I have been Synoptik's customer since 2008. However I would not recommend Synoptik in Lyngby for the following reasons :
- After i payed for the glasses which was around 5,500 DKK I found out every Synoptik customer gets 25% discount on their purchases. Which I was NOT informed about when I bought my new glasses. Therefore I had to go there again and ask for it. It's such a shame for Synoptik to make such mistakes ( Intentionally or unintentionally, especially for loyal customers)
- 3 Days after my purchase, Synoptik had a HALF-PRICE weekend campaign. I am very disappointed for not being informed about that campaign beforehand when I was at the shop in Lyngby to buy my very expensive glasses after being your customer for more that 10 years.
I am happy with the glasses though. there's no doubt about the quality of the product.

Regarding our weekend campaign, the store was only informed about this a day or two before, so they did not have the opportunity to offer you this. But I have now been in contact with that store and you are welcome down the store, they would like to offer you the opportunity for this discount on your purchase.
