Do they even want new customers?
I have had a fairly poor experience so far. About a week ago, I was examined for trial contact lenses. Since my prescription was not in stock, we agreed to order the lenses and I was asked to call today if I had not heard from synoptic within a week.
Upon calling, it seemed the person on the phone was annoyed with me and it wasn't until I asked how long it usually took that I was told to expect a time of at least two weeks.
Had I known the lenses wouldn't be timely available, I could have saved myself a headache and ordered glasses to start with from my usual optrician. I never even got around to asking if I could pay to have a copy of my prescription, which my workplace would like to have.
