Terrible communication

My car was recovered to Harrogate Audi on the basis that I was told it would be repaired as soon as possible and fitted in around booked in work. The day after recovery I was sent a booking email for 34 days later. It was over 6 days before it was brought in for diagnosis. Over three weeks later I decided to collect my car which had been repaired and further tested for an entire week, whereby I was asked to sign a false statement that I had been told that a further repair was required, which was untrue. I would have sent my car elsewhere if they had been honest about timescales.

Great team looking after car & customer

I am always made to feel like a valued customer from the personal greeting when I arrive until a friendly goodbye when I leave.
I am kept informed of progress while the car is being worked on, receive a very useful video health check, a complimentary wash & vac and timely notification when the car is ready to pick up.
A great team at Harrogate Audi looking after the car and the customer - well done !

Fabulous level of customer service from…

Fabulous level of customer service from initial contact by service manager Amrita, being received at the door, offer of coffee, to the picking up of my car after its service I was very impressed

An absolute pleasure

Mine was a remote sale and part exchange as I spotted the car but was over 130 miles away. Nothing was too much trouble. Having already approached my local Audi dealership (not Sytner) and received information for vehicles which were different to the spec I was looking for I gave up with that and I spotted the Sytner vehicle in Harrogate, made an enquiry and Richard contacted me straight away. A genuinely nice guy and team at this dealership. The whole sale was seamless, completely hassle free and the vehicle was delivered to my home address by Chris who again was a genuinely nice guy. If a stigma still exists when it comes to car salesmen then this team are miles away from that stigma. An absolute pleasure. Thank you.

Service Required Indicator Message still on dashboard after service visit to Harrogate Audi

Audi Harrogate still failing on Customer Service Satisfaction by refusing to complete a 2 minute job to re-set The Service Indicator computer dashboard message, following our oil service with them on my wife’s Audi A3 (something that they have always done on many previous occasions!) . But now they will not do this unless we have another Full Major Service (when already had this done recently) at a quoted price of approx £1300 with ‘extras’ required , all this despite the car only having completed 2000 miles since the last service.
So, took the car down to our local garage and with their Diagnostic computer, this annoying service indicator dashboard message was removed in 5 minutes and the cost? - nothing, no charge, zero, nada, zilch. Job done, happy wife, happy life! And just a wee but cheaper than the money making , exorbitant, inflated dealer servicing prices! I have recently been offered the opportunity to discuss a ‘ time to pay’ option by email from Austen , erm I will respectfully decline thank you . I definitely won’t be going back to Harrogate Audi again now, very disappointing.
