This was my car’s first service. Great care and attention from start to finish. Booking the appointment was seamless. As I arrived, I was warmly greeted and guided through everything by Billy who kept in touch with me during the course of the morning. He explained everything on my return and made sure I was happy with everything that had been done. He was extremely professional and very much put me at my ease. A real credit to Harrogate Audi.

Useful reporting systems and friendly staff
Very friendly staff and good system whereby you can view a video of your car/report of checks completed. It is disappointing that there is such a long wait for a courtesy car and no lifts are offered. If you can occupy yourself, then a good environment with refreshments and a few papers etc means you could wait!

Totally happy with experience.
We were greeted at the door to the showroom with a very friendly welcome ,offered drinks and a seat then met with the service representative who was very helpful. Hannah went through the paperwork with us explaining every step, we were happy to go off and leave the car. On our return , again greeted by smiling friendly faces and offered drinks. Hannah described exactly what a service contract entailed and we were happy to purchase same. Every one in the showroom was friendly and we were happy with the service and experience , so much so that we returned later with a box of chocolates to share.

So polite and Helpful
I needed my service history and called, speaking to Hannah. She was very polite and very helpful. When I came to the branch she had everything ready for me. I was on crutches and she got me a coffee, put it in a cup (recyclable) and took it out to my car for me. What a star. She is such a wonderful person and a credit to the dealership.

Short but so sweet
Just needed to MOT my car which I bought at the same showroom last year … it was a great experience from it being booked in swiftly to being greeted at the door by name when I arrived to being kept fully informed via app and text and collecting was also a breeze.
