Thoroughly pleasant experience from start to finish.
Richard Gilligan was superb as the representative who found and sold us the new vehicle we wanted. Extremely attentive to the specification requirements and thoroughly professional and friendly throughout. The dealership is immaculate and all the staff warm and welcoming.

I recently purchased service plan which as mistakenly the wrong one. Not my fault or Audi Harrogate but I got a very poor response from the manager who rang me to discuss. She took a very stern tone with me and more or less said if I didn't like it I had until the end of the day to cancel the plan. I then looked at the paperwork and its a 14 day cancelation policy. Not happy at all very poor customer service

hugely disappointed and let down by Audi
I bought my Audi S3 from Harrogate 4 years ago and have always paid for the extended warranty, service and mot package year on year, for my own peace of mind.
Having taken my car into harrogate as the air bag warning light was on, they investigated and told me it was the wiring which was not covered by my warranty, As they had to remove my front bumper they some how interfered with the washer reservoir, so the next day when it was parked on the drive there was a puddle of screen wash underneath my car,
I was asked to car back in to which I thought they had rectified it, was given a bottle of wine and an apology from the service manager
Last week my service was due, I told Hannah that when i opened my boot water was dripping down from the over head panal and also told her the washer fluid was still leaking.
When I received the "Video" from the service technician, he said that I needed a new back wiper motor however again not covered by my warranty, as its an external influence and voids warranty!
This should be covered under warranty as its mechanical and what is this external influence?, no one has explained anything to me, this is so out of order

From the moment I made first contact by phone, I live in Northumberland, to the video of the car I requested and my meeting with Leah the sales executive

We deal with Leah and have dealt with Leo in the passed and both are extremely good and go out of there way to help
