Will never use an Audi Sytner garage again.
I contacted Huddersfield Audi on Monday because I have had some problems with the clutch on my Q3. It started whilst I was away on holiday on the East coast of Yorkshire and as it was not drivable I had to contact a local garage in Flamborough who came and towed it to their garage. They replaced a part and it ran well enough to drive it home to Huddersfield. However I then had more problems with the clutch so rang Huddersfield Audi to have it checked. They refused to look at it because I had work done at another garage. I have owned Audi cars for well over 10 years and always had them serviced and the MOT carried out by them in Huddersfield and Bradford. I will never use an Audi Sytner garage again and I will buy a different make of car next time.

Collecting my Vehicle
When I went to collect my vehicle I was handed my keys. I wasn’t told where my vehicle was parked like everyone else seemed to have been told (even had someone bring it nearer to the door for them!) I had to go & search for it. It was throwing it down with rain. When I found it I was soaked. Only to realise it was blocked in by another vehicle. I then had to go back to find out whose it was. I was told by one of your employees that it must be a customer’s vehicle that was blocking me in. Then the same person came out to move it?

Advises approximately when the car will be ready. Which was earlier than expected all vacuumed and washed.

For the first moment I made contact with Audi Huddersfield they have been brilliant.
