The service booklet was missed at the time of collecting the car. I was told about it only before getting into the car at pick up time and where I objected that I checked before leaving home I was dismissed and asked to check and home again. I would have expected this to be something I should have been communicated when I brought the car the garage or as soon as they realised it was missed. So far no one from Maranello has contacted me to explain how this has happened and how it is going to be sold. Only after emailing three times and one call I had an email back stating the booklet was not in the car. I found this unhelpful and unaceptable.

My car was serviced within the time the garage said it would be. The car was returned in a very clean condition. The only thing that could have been done better was the fact that the service log book had not been updated.
