Another great experience with the team at Maranello Egham. From a very warm welcome on arrival to driving out with my new car, top class service from all. Special call out to Hamzah who handles my purchase from start to finish, and off course to Paul as well. A pleasure to deal with them all. And the coffee and biscuits are great as well.

The Maserati service team were all terrific - really made the experience a pleasure.

I bought the car sight unseen. Radia did a good Job on sorting everything to get things sorted in a short time

Second purchase from Marenello , Ross Taylor in sales exceptional both occasions , from the guys on reception to Ross and the management team have been superb.
This is a stark difference from Land Rover Sunbury cross when I bought a new Range Rover sport , Sytner should use Maranello as a training standard.

I just had to leave a review as these guys are super helpful and exactly the type of service you'd expect from such a prestigious brand. Jack in particular handled the whole process, from when I enquired, he instantly made me a custom video and showed me around the car. then he followed up on whatsapp and answered all my worries and questions - even when he was off the clock.
got my handover done as early as possible, and the handover was a dream, so many amazing ferrari gifts, they filmed for us and genuinely made us feel a million bucks. wish them the best and highly highly recommend buying from Jack and the team here if you want a proper, smooth, headache free ferrari experience.

Car came back after last warranty service with very squeaky belt. Was collected and told that pulleys needed replacing but now as out of warranty £250 contribution needed and could I collect after works completed. They service three other cars of mine ,not any more. Behaving like an unscrupulous repair shop,shame.

I recently purchased my first Ferrari 812 Superfast from Ferrari Maranello Egham, and I can confidently say the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.

The level of service I received was truly outstanding—10/10 in every respect, with no faults whatsoever. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jack, whose professionalism and dedication were instrumental in making this purchase possible. Jack is a true asset to Ferrari; without him, this would not have been possible. His communication was exemplary—he answered every question promptly, kept me fully informed at each stage of the process, and ensured everything progressed smoothly.

What stood out most was Jack’s commitment to customer satisfaction. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, successfully sourced the perfect vehicle, and even personally delivered the car—an impressive and much-appreciated gesture.

I had my 458 serviced there and I have to say it was a mixed experience , overall not at the level I had expected .

As a starter I had to chase couple of times for emails to be replied (and a couple never were so I had to call directly, and call again because my calls weren’t returned either )

I asked to do one specific check on the car which hadn’t been done when I went to collect and it was done on the moment and in a rush (so I am still doing some research to be sure the car doesn’t have an issue with its rev counter back light before it gets out of warranty)

The service was done on time, one of the extras agreed was to change the centre plastic cups for the wheels. The have been changed to a different yellow colour without me being told. (They were kind though to leave the old pieces to me for re use in my simulator, as I asked )

Ultimately the car, at collection was dirty. It was quite clean when they collected it for service and I find this not acceptable for a Ferrari dealer. The car had been probably left outside and they didn’t wash it although they had specifically told me they would valet it fully, and that’s also why they would take a whole week for the service .

Great customer service. We were made to feel very welcome and the whole experience was a delight.

The Service department went out of their way to help me avoid having to make a long trip back the next day.They kindly completed the work on my car and were charming.
