A very customer oriented and professional service

Paul Withers and his Team dealt with the warranty repair to my Maserati Quattroporte with their customary polite, helpful and professional approach; and the repair itself was carried out to their usual excellent standard. Thansk you so much for everything!

Booking in was very ease and well handled. Courtesy car worked well.

Mandy as usual was very helpful and gathered all the necessary information and prices for the custom paint of my California’s alloys and exhaust as well as the main service. She also gave expert advice on the best way forward. Thanks also to Aden for his timely updates on progress and invoicing.

Car had been taken away

The service of my Maserati was done in the times said and diligently. Unfortunately everything went wrong when I picked up the car. It was not there. A transport company had picked up the wrong car. This was done without my authorisation and I wasn’t even informed. When I arrived to pick up the car everyone was dumbfounded.
It took the team and the management over 2-3hours to find my vehicle and it was later delivered to my address in the late afternoon to my address.
What I am unable to understand is why was a car transported from service center without my prior phone call authorising everything. Who signed and authorised the transport.
Luckily the transport company was a known and as said by Maserati team reputable. But from my point of view the car had been stollen and facilitated by Maserati service center.
To make matters worse, as per service centres request, both keys and satellite tracking fobs were in the car. Including a logbook.
I think that there was a total lack of professionalism and it could’ve gone much worse.

Efficient service from highly knowledgeable staff

The service throughout was excellent and the collection and return arrangements went to plan and I was kept informed of progress by the Sevice Manager.

Once again, I had first class service from Mandy booking my car in who is very efficient. Then I am looked after by Aden who always gives me first class service.
