Providing a lift to and from Llandudno was good, thanks.
The phone link to check progress on the car didn’t allow me to speak to the garage, also the number provided wasn't picked up.
The work involved an oil and filter change and cost about £250, which seems a lot.

Car Service - car not washed
Car went in for a service. Customer service was ok. Didn’t offer to make a cup of tea, it was more like ‘the hot drinks machine is over there’. Car was not washed upon return. Online booking advised that it would take 1h 30, it was 2h 30.
Previous car I had, on servicing, they washed the car and cleaned the foot wells, had spare battery for my contactless key & a bottle of windscreen washer.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Mark, Ian and the guy who did the handover (forgotten his name 🙈) couldn’t do enough to find the right car for me and went out of their way to work around my busy work schedule to get the admin done. Very poor contact and poor time…
Very poor contact and poor time management of my car repair.AAman diagnosed the fault but it took the garage three days to diagnose the same fault then remove and refit the gearbox on a recall but failed to notice the car was due in for an oil change. I would advise everybody to avoid the service centre or be prepared for no contact and overly slow work.

An excellent service throughout by this company servicing my fleet car. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I had an email with a video of my car's health check during the service, with an audio of any observations made which was great to receive. I also had access to a regular update of progress throughout the process and was phoned to inform that the service had been completed and was ready for collection, which was done promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend this service and staff, 5* service!

Audi as a whole not so sure when you buy a new car you do expect some sort of extra added into the car, from past experience we have always had complementary oil, mugs, key rings, pens etc
Plus after sales from past experience has been shocking, hours waiting times and repeat visits

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. I’d arrived there after visiting another dealer (different make) and after waiting round for over 20 minutes, left there and drove to Llandudno. Within 2 minutes someone approached me to see if I needed help and then went to get Dan who was free.
I spent a significant amount of time there, I wasnt rushed or held hostage, I was listened to and it was such an helpful conversation in narrowing down what I wanted to test drive. I was extremely anxious about driving an automatic having driven manuals all my life (and enjoyed the driving process), but Dan explained everything really well and once I’d had a really helpful lesson, I test drove 2 cars, one with Dan and then one by myself.
Through the whole process, I was listened to and supported and I chose a car that was 100% right for me.
The communication was great the whole way through, it was thorough but not too much, and I was kept informed of the progress.
Handover was smooth and included a final lesson to make sure I was comfortable plus a car set-up so I left the dealership fully set up, comfortable and confident that I could drive home!
I am more than pleased with the service here (this is my second car from Škoda in North Wales) and I really hope Dan is still there when I need to change cars next time.
It was a genuinely joyful and fun process with the exact car I needed at the end.

I had said I would wait while the service was carried out and with the sweltering temperatures outside, the airconditioned waiting area, comfortable chairs and drinks machine was just the ticket. Terrible customer service at Llandudno VW. Spoke with the so called manager, Kirsty. Absolutely disgusting communication skills. She met my issue with an apathetic and myopic attitude. Avoid this place like the plague. Symptomatic of the country as a whole really. Nobody cares anymore.

Customer service at the point is…
Customer service at the point is shocking. Nearly 4 hours to get the brake fluid changed. Booked in for 12, car hadn’t moved at all by 1pm. Listened to customer after customer being fobbed off with excuses and staff leaning against counters doing nothing. Not the first time I’ve complained about the service at this place. Shocking!!!
