The booking my car in was so easy and I got it back the same day but not before I got a report via a video to show exactly what was and wasn’t needed in a great traffic light system. Giving the customer a choice with costs too. Couldn’t fault Nottingham Audi!!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with James while purchasing an Audi Q7 for my dad, and I can honestly say the whole experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
From the very first interaction, James’s communication was outstanding. He kept us fully informed at every stage, always took the time to explain things clearly, and made sure we never felt out of the loop. No question was ever too much trouble, and he was always quick to respond, which made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring.
What really made a difference for us was his patience. Buying a car is a big decision, especially for my dad, and James completely understood that. He gave us all the time we needed, never made us feel rushed or pressured, and made sure we were 100% comfortable and confident with everything before moving forward.
James truly went above and beyond in every sense. From accommodating our needs to making the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable, it was clear he genuinely cared about doing a great job and looking after us—not just making a sale. That personal touch meant a lot to us as a family.
Thanks to James, what could have been a stressful process turned into a really positive and memorable experience. We’re absolutely delighted with the Audi Q7 and incredibly grateful for all his help. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone or return for a future enquiry/sale.

This is second time we have purchased a car from Nottingham Audi and each time is has been a great experience.
We have never felt pressurised in purchasing a car on each of the occasions we have visited this dealership & have only experienced really friendly staff. The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and looked after us well when we waited in the showroom.
A special mention to both Cameron Watson, the used car sales executive who helped find a car with the colour and specifications we were after and Hannah Kinghorn who had helped with financial details.

Arranged to trade in my 10 year old A4 for a very new but used A5 Avant.
As I am in South Wales the process was completed on line.
Sales and Finance departments kept me informed of progression at all stages and all paperwork was completed on line with ease.
I arranged to pick the car up on 7th March and was greeted on arrival by your sales staff and the remaining paperwork was completed.
I was shown round the car and had a short test drive before driving home.
Audi Nottingham were professional and efficient at all stages, I'm very satisfied.

Excellent service, lovely staff, seamless experience
All staff were welcoming, professional and looked as if they really enjoyed their job. I was quickly directed to appropriate staff who treated me with kindness and courtesy. This is the first time I’ve bought a new car for over 30 years and was anxious! The sales process was seamless and stress free/ finance approved within 24 hours. Nothing was too much trouble and ‘stupid’ questions answered without patronising me - eg - I can’t get it into drive! Chrissy - you need to turn it on. Even though I was late for one appointment it was no bother - and the coffee is excellent! My dog was welcomed and fussed over - I felt as if I was treated with utmost respect, with some well placed humour, and feel I got a really good deal. As for the car - it’s as if someone at Audi said ‘how can we design a car for me?’ And got it absolutely right. Good service is hard to come by these days, and while I complain politely if I don’t get it, I am also happy to give praise where it’s due. I think that the telephone system that you have put in place makes it very difficult to speak to the right department and get a timely response. My contact experience with Sytner Audi Nottingham was very poor indeed.
Overall my customer experience was very very disappointing-to the extent that I will take some convincing to remain a customer going forward.
