Service & Staff made my Experience First Class, well done Porsche Chester.

Jaz took the issue with my car very seriously and dealt with it very professionally. I'm sure it was difficult to fit me in at short notice, but Jaz made it happen. I was kept informed as to the progress at every stage. Georgina was awesome as always, and I also appreciated Hannah giving me a lift home when required.

I have been dealing with Porsche Chester to source a new vehicle for a while, and have to say the whole process has been excellent. David Boyle (Sales) and the rest of the team have been fantastic from start to finish, and have made me feel like a very valued customer.
If you are considering a Porsche, I would highly recommend you speaking to David and the team at Chester, you will not be disappointed.

Great service and attention to detail on my visit to the Porsche showroom.
Tomos Hughes was the salesperson looking after me and he was outstanding! Very helpful, informative not pushy in the slightest and he highlighted three cars for me to look at after sitting with me in the showroom to discuss my wants and needs.
I ended up with a car that I love driving and is exactly what I wanted at a great price.

I cannot fault the work. However, I cannot believe that a Porsche dealership thinks it is OK to provide a Tesla as a courtesy car. Risible.

Despite being a customer for 4 years, I have haven't had a positive experience or received the service I would expect from Porsche.
During my last experience I was given incorrect and misleading information whilst booking my appointment. I also asked for quotes for as additional work to be done, which I didn't receive. When I raised this with a staff member, I felt the concerns raised were not taken seriously and very quickly dismissed. It may also seem minor, but on arrival I was offered a coffee which didn't arrive.

Holly was polite, friendly,respectful.
Car was checked in early, I received a call to say the car was ready. Car was clean on collection. Car was booked in again for further work and a courtesy car reserved.
Very pleased with all aspects of my visit.

Extremely disappointing experience with Porsche Chester. I have had nothing but problems with this car since purchasing it, and it has spent more time in the garage than in my possession.

Despite the car being under warranty, I have now been told that it requires a new battery costing over £35,000. I have also been refused a courtesy car, even though I am paying approximately £1,500 per month and have been left without transport.

My emails raising serious concerns have not been properly answered. The poor communication, lack of support and overall customer service have been completely unacceptable. This is certainly not the level of care I expected from Porsche.

Five star customer service from initial telephone enquiry, to the welcoming reception at the site, to the excellent knowledge and courtesy of our salesperson, Jack.

I recently purchased a used Porsche Macan GTS from Porsche Chester. The whole process was conducted in a friendly and professional manner. I lived 180 miles away and so whilst I may used a Porsche centre closer to home, when I am looking to purchase another Porsche I will return to Chester and ask for Andrew. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made sure the car was in perfect condition. My other interactions with the other staff was also very good, from the warm welcome at reception and from Ben, the business manager. The car is amazing. Thank you.

This has been an incredibly disappointing first experience of Porsche ownership.

I purchased my first Porsche through the Porsche Approved Used programme just nine months ago, believing it would provide the reassurance, quality and aftersales support that the Porsche brand is renowned for. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.

The vehicle has developed a fault where the climate control only blows hot air into the cabin, even when the air conditioning is switched on, and the system cannot be turned off. In addition, the satellite navigation has a major fault whereby the screens intermittently go black and the system shuts down whilst driving.

I contacted Porsche as soon as the fault developed. It took four days just to obtain an appointment, and that appointment was then over two weeks away. During that time I was effectively advised not to drive the vehicle, yet there was no courtesy car available and no practical solution offered other than to wait. The only assistance provided was Uber credits, which is simply not a realistic alternative when you rely on your vehicle every day.

I run a business, and being without a vehicle for more than two weeks is simply unacceptable. This completely undermines the confidence I had in purchasing a Porsche Approved Used vehicle. I expected the ownership experience to reflect the premium reputation of the brand, particularly when a fault develops under warranty.

I would like to acknowledge that Heather at Porsche Centre Colchester and Nathan Woodworth at Porsche Centre Chester have both been professional, courteous and genuinely helpful throughout. They have done everything they could within the limits of the options available to them. The two stars I have awarded are for the individuals I dealt with, not for Porsche as a brand.

What has disappointed me most is Porsche’s response. A premium manufacturer has the resources to provide a practical solution when a customer is left without the use of their vehicle. In my case, Porsche chose not to. That decision has left me feeling that, despite purchasing into the Porsche Approved programme, my loyalty and custom were not valued.

We have a vehicle budget of around £100,000 per year, and Porsche has not only lost this sale but our future business. The lifetime value of a loyal customer far exceeds the cost of providing a temporary replacement vehicle, yet Porsche chose not to make that investment in its customer relationship.

Sadly, the Porsche Approved programme no longer gives me confidence. My experience has left me questioning what “Approved” actually means when a vehicle less than a year into my ownership develops significant faults. While no manufacturer can guarantee that a car will never develop a fault, customers can reasonably expect prompt support and practical assistance when it does.

Having owned the car for only nine months, this has been a hugely disappointing introduction to Porsche ownership. It is an experience I will remember for all the wrong reasons, and it has brought my Porsche journey to an end before it has really begun. I will not be returning to the brand and I will share my experience honestly with family, friends and colleagues so they can make an informed decision before choosing Porsche.

For a company that promotes itself as a premium manufacturer, I expected a premium ownership experience. Sadly, Porsche has fallen far short of that expectation.

Outstanding Service from Jack & Ben at Porsche Centre Chester.

We recently took delivery of our Porsche Taycan from Porsche Centre Chester, and we wanted to say a huge thank you to Jack Berman and Ben Clarke for the exceptional service they provided throughout the process.

Although our journey didn't get off to the smoothest start and we were initially disappointed that we couldn't collect the car from the Centre as planned, Jack and Ben handled the situation with professionalism, urgency and genuine care. They kept us informed every step of the way, worked hard to put everything right, and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a truly memorable one.

The Taycan was delivered to our home along with some thoughtful gifts, which was a lovely surprise. The delivery driver was friendly, professional and a real credit to the Porsche Chester team.

What really stood out was the level of customer care. Jack and Ben went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, and their communication, attention to detail and commitment to delivering a first-class experience never wavered. They genuinely cared about making sure we felt valued as customers.

We absolutely love the Taycan and couldn't be happier with both the car and the service we received. Thank you again, Jack, Ben and the whole team at Porsche Centre Chester. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for an outstanding Porsche buying experience, and we'll certainly be back when it's time for our next Porsche.

Exceptional care and attention from the start by Tomos Hughes, the Sales Representative that handled my purchase of a 911 GTS. Very patient with my questions and scenarios. Very open and honest and really felt he was looking after my best interests. Recommend entirely.

Car when in for particular issue of connect and PCM issue. Even after software update the issues still persist for more than 7 months. Really disappointed with this issues not being addressed
