I live 40 miles from your showroom and this is the 3rd Porsche I have bought from you. I was told to be there at 9:00 am. I arrived at 8:50 and was told that my car would be ready for 5:00pm. Why wasn’t I warned that my car would take 8hrs to be serviced. My last car was a Range Rover, they brought a courtesy car and took my car, serviced it and brought it back. Worse dealership experience to date …
This was without doubt the worse experience I have ever had with any dealership let alone Porsche where higher standards are expected. Not only was the work not carried out satisfactorily but the customer interface and handling of the handover. Was very poor and completely unacceptable. I arrived albeit on a Saturday but this had been arù the previous afternoon was immediately presented with an invoice for work completed without showing me the vehicle for approval of job done . Handed me the keys and pointed me in the direction of where the vehicle was parked. I found the bonnet undone and the cosmetic paint repair only partially completed. When querying this with the representatives no job card detailing the work that should have been completed was found . To compound the experience when I then entered the vehicle to drive home the warning light -“ electric systems failure “ popped up on the dash -a fault that I had previous been into the dealership just 2-3 weeks previously to have fixed ! Needless to say I was forced to leave my vehicle on the forecourt and return in the courtesy / hire car. At the time of writing the review my Porsche Taycan is still stuck with the dealership in Chester

Christmas Eve Macan
Recently picked up our macan on Christmas Eve cannot thank Josh enough for his enthusiasm and care at handover and for sorting out a minor issue afterwards . I actually had not seen or driven the car before pick up however on its reveal I was so happy . Josh clearly loves his job and made us feel very valued as new customers. I would certainly return to Josh if I were to purchase another car.

Warranty work
My vehicle had gone in for a simple software update it come back with a dent in the front wing and several scratches .
Update having spoken to one of the senior service members back in December about this matter I have booked my vehicle in for some further warranty work on the charging flap. on delivering my vehicle to the facility. The senior service supervisor asked me about the scratches on the Dent. I showed him the damage that has occurred on Porsche Centre Chester facility. I was astonished when I collected the vehicle the next day that the Dent and the scratches had not been repaired as they had several weeks to organise a person to come out and repair the damage I was told I would have to wait another three weeks and they would send somebody out to my property.
The actual work they carried out on the charging flap in all fairness has been carried out to a very satisfactory standard and I have to say over the last two years I have purchased two Porsche from Porsche Centre Chester and that was a very good experience. They made me feel welcome and at every stage each person that dealt with the finances were very professional friendly and couldn’t do more however because the vehicle has been scratched on their facility and they have not repaired it I will not be going back for a new vehicle in the future. I’m going to have my vehicle repaired and purchase another Porsche from somewhere a little more local to where I live live.
Life goes on I have no prejudiced against Porsche Centre Chester at the end of the day it’s their loss
