Positive experience all round
From the day I went in to look at the cars till only a week later when I collected the service I got was second to none. Both Geoff and James were extremely pleasant to deal with. On collection day, Geoff went through everything with me and took the time to explain simply making sure I was confident in driving my gorgeous new car away. He has also assured me that I can go in anytime if I have any further questions.
The car itself had all the extras put on I wanted, it was gleaming and they gave me an excellant deal, so all round ten star treatment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic feeling from first stepping into the dealership
From walking through the door of the dealership I felt a welcome as the fist person we met was our salesman Geoffrey Worth. His knowledge and enthusiasm of the brand was first class. He answered all my questions with total authority and without pressure let me go off to make my decision on which model of Porsche I was most interested in. As a result after a few days I got back to him and ordered my first Porsche which I subsequently took delivery off three days later (being a weekend). The paperwork was mostly completed remotely and the handover was thorough and comprehensive. First class, dealership highly recommended. Business manager James was also on the ball and easy to deal with. All in all couldn’t have had a better experience.

Service beyond the call
Derek stayed late to accept the car as it was a fault that came up late in the afternoon. He communicated the battery problems promptly, arranged a loaner car and had the car returned quicker than expected. Mark carried out the repair and his expertise on Taycan’s is a very big asset to edinburgh Porsche centre.
