The other Saturday morning I had the pleasure of attending the open day at Porsche Edinburgh, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely smile from the reception and was told about the “Free “ bacon rolls and coffee for breakfast,

I had a look around the wonderful workshop and spoke to the very knowledgable staff , had a look at The showroom and to my surprise they had a demonstration of something called PPF by a great company, showing me how they applied it to the cars,(superb), I could watch people work all day..!
Honestly if you ever get a chance to pop along to Porsche Edinburgh, jump at it ,

I had a really positive experience at Porsche Edinburgh. Derek went out of his way to contact me and remind me that my MOT was due, which I really appreciated. He arranged the appointment for me and organised a loan car, clearly setting expectations beforehand that there would be a small fee to cover the insurance for it.
The loan car itself was excellent — really nice and very well looked after. Derek also helped me renew my Porsche warranty, making the whole process straightforward and hassle-free.
It was also great to catch up with Ryan, who sold me the car three years ago. It’s always nice when a dealership remembers you and takes the time to chat.
Overall, a really good and positive experience at Porsche Edinburgh. Great service and very helpful staff.

Time efficiency
Don't wish to make a fuss having already communicated my frustration to my service contact. Basically, the date had been in place for some time and I had travelled a long way from the north of Scotland so not time flexible. Unfortunately, the service plus tyres and a bumper camera fix took too long. I was only advised of the camera fix on the morning of the following day. After signing off on this, it took way too long to get the car back into the workshop, resulting in us not departing Edinburgh until near 1pm. I had a 3pm appointment, in Inverness that I had to cancel to another day. Really frustrating. I feel that the work on my car ought to have proceeded in a quicker, more seamless manner and I was disappointed – as expressed to your service rep – that this did not happen. I've doubts whether I'll continue to use the Edinburgh service.

MOT while you wait.
MOT carried out while I waited in customer reception. Excellent coffee and friendly team. When my car failed (tyre problems) arrangements were made to quickly source replacements and have them fitted next day. Car was returned looking like new after valeting.

Very professional and pleasant experience
My car was collected from my home for its first service. I was kept informed of its progress and showed the various service processes through a video. The whole thing was done seamlessly and professionally. My car was returned to me after a thorough valetting. The whole experience was extremely pleasant and stressless and as a woman who does not find garages a natural habitat, I appreciate the very professional approach I encountered.
