Absolutely outstanding service & experience provided by Maisie Bowkett.
From start to finish, they have been nothing but exceptional.
My car was booked in for an interim service however, the day before my tyre had blown out. Jack and Maisie facilitated and helped with me getting the car towed in a day early.
Upon arriving, Maisie quickly handled my concerns and provided me with a loan car to drive despite being a day early, and despite being pushed for cars that day, she was able to make it work for me which i was highly impressed with.
Communication was exceptional from day 1, receiving regular updates and calls to inform me what was happening.
Unfortunately I couldn't collect my car the evening it was ready, and only could the next morning. Due to my current car being now booked for other use, they sent a driver with a lovely loan car to my house for the additional day.
Upon arriving to conclude, i was met with a warm welcome and left feeling extremely happy with the service.
HUGE Thank you to Masie Bowkett. She is a truly exceptional service manager and went way way beyond for me.
Very happy to be looking at purchasing my new car through Porsche Solihull in the not to distant future.

Work undertaken was excellent, however following a few phone calls to my point of contact explaining that I had to have the car by a certain time. When I arrived to collect the car as arranged I was left unattended. When I enquired what was happening my point of contact had gone for his lunch, I explained my situation and another person came along who I paid and gave me my paperwork. When I went to start the car a software error appeared, therefore I went back into the showroom to ask why, at that point my point of contact had finished his lunch and then started to explain why, however by this point I was over an hour late and had to leave. My disappointment is that I was allowed to leave without an explanation of why I was getting an error message. Not a great experience.

The car was booked approximately 2 months before a combined mileage service and a repair to the rear screen washer, which was blocked. The dealership is 25min from my home and as such it was not especially impressive that the service could not be completed because there was no rear screen washer in stock, I have to return when it is in stock. Always good for the customer to take the strain.

My experiences of Porsche Solihull has always been poor.
I would have thought by now customer care would have improved, but again it fell short.
Porsche didn’t ring me to book in my car for a tracker code installation as promised, I had to come in myself to get it sorted and even then they moaned that they couldn’t guarantee it would be done!!, really a 5-10 min job that cost me £141 and you still made out you were doing me a favour!!!!
Please don’t get upset about my review because if you don’t like then don’t ask for them or even better still improve your customer care and service.
Take this as constructive criticism and don’t cry into your cup of latte that the criticism was unfair.
