The Car was delivered to the Garage on the Friday
I had a call Friday saying the car would not be ready as they were missing a tool to fit the oil filter.
I never heard anything until I chased Wednesday then i was told it would not be ready as they had not had a chance to look at the faulty front Camera I had asked them to. I told them to leave it and collected it Wednesday…I got 5 mins down the road and the engine management light came on. I have not advised the garage as yet

The Customer service suport team are always very helpful and obliging when i need any assiatance.. Thank you

I had a problem with my Taycan. The entire team has been phenomenal. Ellie from the service team talked me through every step to get my car back on the road. They gave me a loan car over the weekend and picked mine up again on the Monday.
Could not fault the Team or the service centre.
Perfect all round.

I had to make two separate trips to in order to have some work carried out on my car all because the parts had not been ordered despite me being informed that "all was ready"
This resulted in another day being booked off work to get the car seen and worked on and then me having to phone a couple of days beforehand just to check parts had arrived and I didn't have another wasted journey
The only good part about this was the courtesy car that had been provided which made up for the inconvenience

I had a noise on O/S front wheel of my Cayenne - called into Porsche dealership at Shirley, Solihull. I was met by the delightful Reception crew, coffee, cake, even biscuits for the dog, were produced straight away, along with Christian the mechanic! He took the car into the workshop and found a broken something-or-other. He gave me the option of doing this straight away if I had half an hour available. Best of all, the job was completed as a gesture of goodwill with no charge. This attitude of making the customer happy runs right the way through the dealership, they are all a joy to visit.

The actual service in the day went well, however I had already agreed with the dealer that I was not wanting my car picked up that day - both to the service team and to the call centre that contacted me earlier in the week. How on earth they actually still came in the day is beyond me

I have consistently had a very positive experience with the team at the Sytner Group Porsche Centre in Solihull.

From the moment you arrive or even when you call in, the girls at the front desk are always extremely welcoming, polite, and attentive. They answer the phones professionally and make you feel comfortable straight away. When visiting in person, they are always friendly and courteous, often offering a hot or cold drink while you wait, which creates a very pleasant environment.

In my opinion, the true measure of any dealership is not the sales experience but the after-sales service. Salespeople may sell the car, but the service department is what really defines the ongoing customer relationship. It is how a customer is looked after during ownership, especially when issues arise, that reflects the quality of a dealership.

I have unfortunately experienced several issues with my vehicle over the past couple of years, particularly relating to software updates. However, the service team has always been helpful in taking the car in and working through the problems. It now appears that we may finally be at a point where the software updates are functioning properly, which is reassuring.

I would particularly like to recognise Louise from the service team. She has been exceptional throughout this process. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and customer manner have made a real difference. She has always kept me informed, made me feel comfortable, and ensured that I was updated at every stage.

One thing that really stood out was her reliability in returning calls. From past experience, I understand that service departments are busy, but returning calls promptly is very important for customers. On several occasions I have waited a couple of days for callbacks from others, but Louise always made a point of getting back to me, which I greatly appreciated.

Overall, the level of care and professionalism shown by Louise and the front-of-house team has made a strong impression, and it is the kind of service that keeps customers returning.

Had an issue with my window and was replaced under warranty. I requested the car to be picked up, which they booked for 1 month after the enquiry. Got the car back and the door handle now won’t go back in and flush to the panel. Called and told them, sent 2 emails so far asking for a date they would come back and fix it and they’ve not got back to me. Very annoyed! Very poor service when they’ve messed my handle up.

I’ve put 2 stars because they fixed the problem and everyone as polite but they’ve caused another problem and have left me. I own a business and wouldn’t treat people that way.

Car booked in for an oil service early December 2025 plus electronic updates, system crashed and caused a fault on the electric tone so car did not emit sound in electric mode

It’s been finally fixed this week 25/2/26

Constantly had to chase for updates, no calls back, poor imo this time

Dealership is great.
Porsche UK are awful and incompetent. Of the half dozen times i have been in contact it is shocking how out of tpuch with their customers they are.
Without the dealer intervening on multiple occassions i wouldnt still be driving porsches
3 years in, 3 cars in. Finally goy a car that the software isnt perpetually going wrong
Solihull dealership is nothing like any other car dealer i've experienced The staff know about the cars and are knowledgeable.
Dont hesitate to use solihull to buy a car!

Just had my first 2year service Kindly collected the car from my home Returned washed and valeted so no complaints at all

Absolute first class service from the day we made an enquiry to the day we drove out of the showroom. Tony was amazing as was Harry. The sales team, including the reception and administration girls were all really friendly and seemed genuine in their efforts to ensure our experience of buying a porsche was a great one - and it was.

Service was fine but the communication and update of ongoing issues really should be a minus 10 star!

Friendly and professional service as usual.
