My car was booked in for MOT. Initial greet was dealt with quickly and rhe test was completed swiftly and without any problems. My car was returned on time having been cleaned inside and out to a high standard.

Service is always great. I drop my car off early before work around 7.30.
I am kept informed and can track what is going on with my car. They returned it to my work place lovely and clean and all serviced.

I am still awaiting a deposit refund from March
I reserved a Jaguar I-PACE in March 2026 with a £99 deposit, explicitly advertised as fully refundable. What followed was a really poor experience.
Before placing the deposit, I asked for the VIN number so I could check for outstanding recalls and was advised to place a deposit first.
Once I had the VIN and checked it myself, I discovered the vehicle carried open safety recall H571 a well documented Jaguar I-PACE recall that limits battery charging to 90% until resolved. This had not been disclosed to me. In fact, I had been told there were no serious recalls against the car when i first enquired.
When I raised this, the salesman's response was dismissive and frankly unprofessional his written reply assured me the car "will NOT SET ON FIRE" and is "def not a FIRE RISK". I did not feel this inspired confidence.
I cancelled immediately and requested my refund on 19th March 2026. I made four written requests over 18 days. I escalated formally, referencing a potential chargeback and Section 75 claim.
It is now June 2026. I still have not received my £99 back.
To summarise: the dealership withheld vehicle recall information from a prospective buyer, refused to provide a VIN before taking a deposit, and has now retained a deposit they explicitly promised was fully refundable for over two months despite repeated requests.

Generally, the staff were fine. It would be nice if reception staff would look up when greeting. Agnes herself was polite and attentive. Timing was very precise. Sitting area was comfortable and the background radio not overly distracting. Receiving a phone call to prompt a high review is never welcome. Clean show room. Car valeted to a degree - always nice.

I have just booked it to return to you for the second time (at my time and expense), this time to be kept for a few days.
