Terrible, second time it was in in a month and the service just not good enough, we wanted all the issues resolving and the car has come back with the same fault, We kept asking the staff for an upate on all issues and they just kept saying they know about them. As a business the sales end is keen and efficient. Your support to the vehicles for the cost is terrible.

Great Customer Service
We experienced a few issues with my Evoque but the problem was finally resolved by Josh who was understanding and professional and he made the experience as stress free as possible.
Charlie made sure the new car handover was seamless and we were very pleased with how the whole situation had been handled. I would definitely recommend the branch and we will return next time we are looking for a new car.

From the support I received with my previous Range Rover through to purchasing my new one, Charlotte and the whole team at Sytner have been absolutely amazing. The service was professional, welcoming and extremely helpful from start to finish.
Charlotte took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions with ease. Nothing ever felt rushed and I really appreciated being given the time to go through all the new gadgets and features in my new car so I could feel completely confident before leaving.

I am writing this review to share our recent experience with Sytner Sheffield, which unfortunately was quite disappointing.
My brother recently selected a 2023 Range Rover Sport and was contacted promptly by the sales team. From the outset, there appeared to be significant pressure to secure a deposit quickly. However, we made it clear that we would only proceed once the finance application had been properly assessed and approved.
We submitted all the required information and were subsequently informed that the finance had been accepted. Based on this confirmation, we were again encouraged to place a deposit, with assurances that the vehicle would be taken off sale and collection arrangements would be organised.
However, the following day we noticed that the car was still being advertised online and had not been removed from sale, despite the deposit having been taken. Shortly after, we received a call stating that the finance application had in fact been declined, with no clear explanation provided.
What was particularly concerning is that multiple applications were then submitted to other lenders without our clear consent, resulting in several hard searches being recorded on the credit file, which can negatively impact creditworthiness.
Overall, the experience felt rushed, poorly communicated, and lacking transparency. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution, particularly when it comes to paying a deposit and agreeing to finance applications. It is also worth noting that refunds may not be immediate, which can add further inconvenience.

It would appear on this occasion one of the reasons for the application being declined was due to a discrepancy with the address provided to us.
