We live in Kent and was looking for a nearly new mini JCW. The car we decided we wanted was at Sytner Leicester some distance away.
This was not a problem as Sytner sales person Kamila was very professional and helpful, she made the whole sale run smoothly. We were looked after from start to finish.

Very helpful staff from initial enquiry and discussion on options through to delivery and handover.

Be warned .....They seemed nice on the phone but their admin and ethics were rubbish .... We were negotiating for a brand new Mini with a couple of other dealers in January when out of the blue Sytner contacted us and made promises of the best great deal and firm delivery for our ideal specced car if we changed to them so we did and paid a big deposit and signed their heavy contract ..... but a couple of weeks later they said they could not supply the car and offered us firm alternatives which we reluctantly accepted .... but a week later when we chased them up we found those alternative cars had already been sold when they were first offered to us ...... They then tried to persuade us in to a totally unacceptable car and we then had no alternative but to cancel the order ...... Sytner did not seem to care much about dragging us in with big promises and then discarding us and the inconvenience and grief they had caused by letting us down and they rejected all claims we made about " breach of contract " ..... however we were determined and eventually they paid us a small gesture ...... When will these companies learn that they cannot mess customers around like this !! ...... Update following Sytners response 11/3/24 ..... Every word of our review is truthful. Sytner seemed to make no efforts at all to remedy the situation, just blaming Mini and then persuading us in to alternative cars which it turns out did not exist but not telling us that because they could not be bothered to make a phone call to check etc ..... even though we later traced numerous alternative cars for ourselves including at other Sytner locations ...... it was all a shambles.

Danny made the whole process stress free, simple and listened to all my requirements.
Absolutely thrilled with the car and couldn’t recommend Danny enough, pleasure to have guiding me through!

Late arrival of new car, poor communications and excuses - I was in no hurry to get car but I’d not renewed insurance on old car so had only the use of out utility vehicle which is expensive to run. Your customer service let you down - however, the end result was worth it (love the car) with some additions and a small level of compensation…I will buy from you again but I will not be so pleasant if I get the same level of poor service!

My experience when I ordered a new mini car on motability scheme was excellent. Friendly customer service and helpful staff made it a pleasant experience and they kept me updated via email and text on how near my car was to being ready to be picked up.Excellent staff, friendly and helpful, I even got a hot drink while things were being sorted .10 out of 10.
