Reason for the visit was a booked appointment to address some minor issues with our approved mini countryman, purchased a week earlier. Unfortunately, after two hours, the main issue had not been resolved and another visit would be required when the replacement parts arrive. It is a little frustrating that the issue wasn’t identified and rectified before we collected the car, as we live 40 miles away, so not just round the corner.
With that said, we are happy with the friendly and professional service provided by Paige and the proposed resolution and we look forward to enjoying the car once the work is complete.

Our sales advisor Grace was brilliant from start to finish. She kept us informed throughout the whole process and was a pleasure to deal with.

I recently gave a scathing review of Sytner Leicester because of a bad experience I had. I said I wouldn't take my car there again.
A day later a took a call from Emma Doyle Duty Manager at Sytner. She listened to my rant and calmly offered a solution to restore my faith back in Sytner. She offered a date that suited me to collect my car and undertake the work I originally expected. She rang me the day before the collection to confirm everything and on the day to say it was completed before the vehicle was returned. Now I know she didn't want to fail a second time and she pulled out all the stops to make this experience enjoyable. I have gone from a 1 star scathing review to a 5 star outstanding recovery. I know things don't always go to plan but what's important is how a situation is recovered. Emma, fantastic job. I hope your General Manager recognises what an asset you are. My faith restored see you at my next service.

The mini team are enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
We met Kamila on our first visit and Deni on our second visit. Both were charming.
We purchased the John Cooper Works mini from Deni. She was excellent throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble. She is a real asset to you.

Firstly I want to thank the team at Sytner MINI Leicester, as they made the whole process of part exchanging my used MINI for my new one so easy from start to finish. I never once felt pressure or rushed by either Tasha or Haidee during the sales appointment, they were both really patient and helpful.

But I especially want to give a huge thank you to Tasha - What an asset to your company she is. Her customer service is incredible and I felt so supported during the entire process. Nothing was ever too much ask, I never had to chase for anything and was kept up to date consistently. It was my first time part-exchanging a vehicle and also doing so with a private reg, so this wasn’t familiar to me, but Tasha really took her time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure I was 100% clear on things before I signed the contracts. I’d also never owned an automatic car before and was slightly worried, but she made sure I was comfortable with driving the vehicle before leaving the dealership. For me personally she had the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness - Was an absolute pleasure dealing with her.

Once again, thank you! I’ll 100% be coming back to see Tasha when the time comes around again to pick my next MINI.
