Matthew the sales person, was happy to explain everything to us and happy to run through all scenarios. He answered all our questions honestly, accurately and was very good with his delivery. He brought in his manager when required who also was nice to deal with. Highly recommend seeing these guys.

My Sales Rep Rahim stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process of buying my new car and kept me up to date with progress. Following receipt of my new card he has said he will always be available to answer any queries I have not matter how trivial I think they may be.

I purchased a used BMW from Sytner Luton on 11th July 2025 and part of the deal was GuardX treatment inside and out. When I collected the car, it was dusty outside and had marks inside, so I queried whether it had been done. The salesman Sarj assured me it had and said I would receive a certificate.
Despite several calls and emails chasing this, no certificate ever arrived. Sarj then stopped taking my calls or answering my emails. Which I found extremely unprofessional and rude.
I called again and asked to speak to another salesman and was put through to Ben who said there would be a sticker in the windscreen with Guard x details however there was not. He said he would arrange for the car to be Guard x inside and out at my local garage Sytner Nottingham and Sarj would call me that Friday to arrange this, unsurprisingly, no call ever came.
I called several times the next day asking to speak to Sarj or a manager. Each time I was promised a callback, but no one contacted me. I have brought four cars from Sytner as I believed them to be a trustworthy company however the way I have been treated is disgraceful. I only want the deal I paid for. To ignore a customer for a month is not acceptable. The GuardX treatment had definitely not been applied. I will never buy a car from Luton BMW again. I eventually got the GuardX treatment applied in Nottingham and you could tell a large difference in the car.
Luton Sytner are great until you buy the car then they don’t want to know. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

From start to finish, Danielle and Devon were fantastic. They helped me choose the right car with the right specification and within my budget, making it a great experience. This is the second car I’ve purchased from Luton BMW, and it was a pleasure once again. I will definitely go back if I decide to upgrade in the future.

Jamil Hanif (Sales Executive) was fantastic. Great interpersonal skills and very supportive with his after sale support.
Jay Cullen (Head of Business) was also very supportive and professional with after sale support.

Very poor service.
They had my car for two weeks whilst warranty issue was being resolved.
Upon collecting the vehicle I immediately noticed a scratch on the drivers door .
The service rep took a picture of it and said it looks fresh and he would get his manager to get in touch with me.
When they did they said they could not find evidence that it was done here even though I stressed at the collection time that it was a new scratch and the rep had agreed with me.
They had the vehicle for two weeks and checked there cctv footage for 1 morning. That is impossible to go through 2 weeks of footage in 3/4 hours on all cameras.
The reason I know this is I run my own alarm/cctv company.
I cannot believe the situation I am in.
Well I won’t take my car into them next time it needs a service.
They have lost a customer.

I purchased my car from Sytner Cardiff. It ended up parked there for six months due to a recall. Since then, I’ve spent over £140,000 with BMW across two separate vehicles. Sadly, the after-sales service has been absolutely disgraceful.

I took my car to Sytner Luton for diagnostics. Without doing a proper check, they claimed the car had been “hit” or driven over something that tore a pipe underneath, beneath the protective tray. Odd, considering it’s a 4x4 that’s never been off-road. Sytner Cardiff repeated the same claim and told me it’s not covered under warranty. I explained that no such incident ever happened, but was told it’s their word against mine.

I had the misfortune of dealing with Jason Webster, who never bothered to reply. After their so-called checks, they still failed to pick up what actually happened. It turns out the vehicle had a rat infestation, not an impact. This was completely missed by both branches.

Sytner Cardiff and Sytner Luton are without a doubt the worst service providers I’ve come across. They clearly don’t value their customers. This review is me being reserved. I wouldn’t recommend either branch to anyone. It’s been a nightmare from start to finish.

I’ve attached photos showing what Luton failed to diagnose, and what Cardiff laughably labelled as “damage from being hit.” This is what happens when you leave a car sitting unattended for six months. It’s shameful. I truly hope both locations work on improving their after-sales service.

Great Customer Service from "Graham" in arranging the investigation and repair of an issue with my shock absorbers under my extended warranty.
The free valet (inside and out) of my car was a bonus.
Its definitely worth paying a bit more for a premium car brand, just to be well looked after

Visited a couple of times for them to work on the car, and on each occasion they seem to prefer a trial and error approach to solving a problem, rather than either knowing what to do, or just fixing it. I don’t get the sense of real expertise of the vehicles that they ‘just know’.

I recently purchased my BMW car from Luton Sytner group.Tony Gair the sales executive delivered exceptional customer service - 10 out of 10.
Tony worked hard to get me the best deal for the vehicle I wanted. He made the whole process from selection to purchase a very enjoyable, quick and smooth transition. Tony's after care service was also impeccable where he followed up and checking if I had any additional questions. Shout outs to finance staff Devon and Bill also. Thank you Sytner.

For the second time this year my car has been in with Sytner Luton.

Bought a used approved car from Sytner Luton six months ago paying £37500.As I purchased car online after viewing a very positive video of car by sales advisor I trusted car would be in good order(Boy was I wrong ). Unfortunately after a few months I decided to trade her back to Sytner stevenidge as my wife now requires a mobility scooter and it didn't fit in boot.I was informed by them that the service which was due was not carried out by Luton so they couldn't offer me full used approved trade in.After trying to sell vehicle to online dealer I was then told most of car had been repainted.They took car and I cut my losses which in six months was £9650.I received a call from new business manager eventually to apologize but no mention of any financial recourse.So folks BMW used approved means absolutely nothing be very careful especially at this branch.They provide no help or assistance when you enquire .So take my advice AVOID SYTNER LUTON!!. P.s I have since purchased a lovely new BMW which I collect tomorrow as I love the Brand.

I am always given the answers and the staff at Sytner Luton have always gone out of their way to help me and support me. Me and my family have had all our business handled by Mr Tony Gair the senior sales exec. he has always been a real gem and for us the best in the class. I've recently purchased a new BMW 760e. As my local BMW dealer, Sytner Luton was the most obvious choice for my initial enquiry. My enquiry was handled in a very professional manner by Danielle Haylock, the local business manager who, throughout the whole process was absolutely amazing.
As a chauffeur, any new vehicle I specify has to be perfect and with Danielle and Sytners help, I now own the best vehicle I've ever had.

Purchased a 330e Touring BMW and the service and attention to detail were outstanding. Alex (Alexandru) was in a new area for him but he acquitted himself with honours from pre-sale information (personalized video walkaround of the car, test drive, operating system) to the sale and afterwards. Praise too for the team at Sytner Luton who we met and were very helpful and a joy to engage with. The car is great, drives so responsively and is a pleasure to own.
