Outstanding Customer Service experience.
Truly first class! A great dealership and the whole team pride themselves on delivering a fantastic customer experience. I was made to feel valued and welcomed by everyone which made the whole experience of buying a new car a pleasurable one. Nothing was too much trouble, they couldn’t do enough for me. Special mentions must go to Tilly who was brilliant from beginning to end facilitating my car purchase. Also to Jack and Jamie for all their help too. Wendy front of house is a ray of sunshine, warm and welcoming from the moment you step through the door.
I have not experienced this level of genuine consistent customer service or attention anywhere else. I am extremely happy with my new car and I have already recommended Mini and Sytner Newport to all my friends and family.

Helpful, friendly . my new car was delayed by world events but Myles and James were always available to help with queries. As it happened the delay has worked in my favour, I have my new car one month ahead of schedule and my monthly payment has gone down slightly. Happy Days

Tilly was polite professional and made the process of buying my mini as easy as possible I have always wanted a mini convertible and thanks to Tilly I have one. She was very patient and ensured that I had a full understanding of all the controls. I also feel that if I have any queries Tilly will do her best to sort them out.

My husband and I had originally viewed the car we purchased online-If i'm honest I was a bit reluctant about changing my former car (VW Golf) over to a Mini. One week on and I am so very glad I did, it drives like a dream and I absolutely love it.

Bought our Mini cooper s sport online at Sytner Newport with the help of Tilly (sales) any problems or questions were sorted very quickly. The Mini was delivered on time to our home in Warrington by a happy delivery person. Overall experience was excellent would recommend to anybody. The car is stunning and thats what matters.

From the first time i set foot in the Newport showroom, Tilly was very friendly and helpful. Gave good advice on the vehicle which resulted in the perfect choice of car. Kept me updated on the delivery time of the car which was delayed, but for reasons out of everyones control. Also must mention James who arranged the finance, he was equally as friendly and helpful. All staff at Newport Sytner were very friendly and welcoming when we took our mini in for a service. We had also arranged for a test drive of an electric vehicle, which was well organised and loved it so bought it!
I find looking at cars and buying cars quite stressful but the whole process was made painless. Staff explained all the relevant processes well and put me at my ease.
I would always recommend a mini as I've had one for sometime now and I would definitely recommend the Newport Sytner garage.

A phone call led to a purchase.
This was achieved within 6 days thanks to great service offered by new-to-the-team Jack Quinn, who offered a same-day appointment to visit and view. That led to a test-drive, an offer to take our existing Mini in part-ex and to us driving our year-old Countryman away. Sunday to Saturday - job done!

If I could have given no stars I would have.
Paid a £250 deposit on a mini several weeks ago and after thinking it over changed my mind. I called to let them know in the sales office and they told me I’d have to go over with my card to get my refund.
I did this, they wrote my card details down on a scrap of paper.
After a week I called to see why I hadn’t had my money back and was told they’d lost my bank details. Very risky ground. No one has ever rang me back despite me leaving many messages and I’ve still received no apology and am still waiting for my money.
I have complained and will not be letting it go.
I will avoid Sytner Newport and will tell everyone I know to do the same.

This is the fourth Mini I have purchased from Sytner
Newport and my experience via the whole process has been superb. This JCW hatch ( DO 19 FWZ ), is the best one so far! MILES GORDON, is an absolute pleasure to deal with and understands all my requirements regarding a Mini product.
Promote him and then clone him to send a copy of him to all Sytner Mini depots! LOL!
Once again , thank you Sytner Mini!
Would give six stars on trust pilot if I could!
