Mini have been amazing
All staff at Mini Newport have been amazing. I visited Mini a few times before deciding to purchase a car. From initial contact with Tom who arranged test drives, to Guiseppi and later Kayleigh, it was a lovely experience. Kayleigh handled the purchase and has been awesome, listening to what I wanted and making the arrangements for some adaptions I wanted on the new mini that I was purchasing. These were arranged quickly and efficiently by her. She was happy to answer all of my questions and concerns around purchasing an electric car for the first time. On picking up the car, Kayleigh sat with me and personalised all the settings for me on the new car before I left, which I really really appreciated - that extra personal touch. Kayleigh and Guiseppi kept in contact all the way through the purchasing period. Kayleigh was professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, making us feel special all the way through the process. Mini you have some fabulous staff that are a credit to your organisation. Thank you. I am now absolutely loving my new mini.

I have loved everything about my MINI buying experience!
We visited at the start of my journey and got to know the brand through the staff. Kayleigh was amazing, it didn't once feel like I was sat in a car dealership, which for me was a massive positive! I didn't feel pushed, I felt listened to and I felt as though they genuinely wanted the best car for me.
I later had interactions with Tilly, Tom and Dylan and they were all as amazing as Kayleigh. They were all really friendly, really knowledgeable and so keen to help!
I picked up my mini today and she's a dream! My first MINI, but if the last feels weeks' experience is anything to go by, not my last!
Thank you so much to the whole team for making my experience so positive, I already can't wait to come back!

I bought a Mini Cooper this weekend from the garage and the service I received was outstanding. Great Experience at Mini Newport
My fiancé and I recently bought a countryman from Mini Newport and have nothing but great things to say about our experience.
Giuseppe took the time to walk us through all options available, both new and used including all options available for each car. We did not feel rushed at all, despite all our questions, and the team were great at allowing us to test drive a couple of the cars. We felt listened to, with both the car and the deal being tailored to our needs.
When collecting the car, it was well presented, topped with a red bow, and the handover was a great experience all around!

Multiple issues with a top of the range mini. Sytner from Newport failed to communicate or take responsibility for the car they supplied. Also Sytner Chairman who was informed could not be bothered. Avoid this dealership at all cost!!
