Giuseppe Caruso - top man
Giuseppe Caruso was the reason we returned to Sytner...we wanted another mini but his professional attitude, attention to detail and excellent customer service made us return. His manager Ryan excelled too. When we had a very minor hitch....they quietly resolved it.

Friendly staff
Friendly staff, no hard sell. The purchase was an impulse buy as we were at due to a minor problem with my husband’s Countryman, which was swiftly fixed for.
Giuseppe, who had previously sold us the hybrid, was concerned that we’d experienced a problem; he made us coffee and wondered if we’d like to upgrade to the new Countryman. Out of curiosity we agreed to have my convertible valued and went on to buy the John Player works convertible. March was obviously the right time of year to sell a convertible, and we have enjoyed our first 100 miles in the new car - it’s quite exciting discovering the improvements from the previous model. Roll on summer and having the hood down!

Good Morning Mr Sheffield, I am sorry that you feel compelled to give us a 1 star review. As discussed on numerous occasions prior, the fact that your car ran out of fuel after taking delivery of the new car and driving it until the car stopped at the side of the road is again not something that we can mitigate. All cars are delivered with fuel as was yours. The fact that the car was left abandoned at the side of the road and then recovered to which we agreed to help you cover the cost was a goodwill gesture that we did not need to do but in the circumstances we agreed to get this done for you. Following all of this I have to say I am somewhat surprised and disappointed that you think that this still merits a 1 star review.

I saw a car online and called to reserve it after receiving an intro video for the car. Did everything over the phone/by email. Quick and easy. Then travelled 330 miles to see it myself and bought it. Paperwork was very quick and painless and had a fun drive back! Great team.

Excellent service
We felt welcome from the moment we stepped inside the showroom. The staff listened to what we wanted and came up with a car that matched our requirements. We test drove it immediately, without an appointment, and collected the car the next day!
