Everyone I spoke to was really helpful and professional. No one at Sytner felt pushy in selling the car and I would recommend to anyone. Freya and Henry are the two people I spoke to when looking into buying a car and they both answered any questions and tried to find the best deal for me :)

When i arrived for my 8.30am service…
When i arrived for my 8.30am service 20th December, no had any keys to get into the premises so had to wait until 9.00am until someone arrived with keys. I was then told i did not have an appointment even though it was made on the 10th Dec when my car was in for MOT by member of staff who wrote it down for me. Also was told my appointment for 29th Dec had not been booked in either even though it was booked at same time by the same person who wrote it down. They did service my car as they had no other vehicles booked in but three hours later it was finally finished. Its not acceptable customer service.

Can't fault the front of house staff, everyone always friendly.
Overall services, diabolical.
Purchased a car. Within 9 months it had been returned 8+ times all with the same issue, the issue was reported in the 1st week of purchase. They clearly do not have the skill to fix.
They had the car for 4 months in total so I was paying for a vehicle i did not have.
Tried to give the car back after 5 months. But they then had the car for 2 straight months so couldn't do much at that time. When it came to it, I was handed to the sales team and told they would only part exchange it for half the value as its not worth the full value. Advised it was not worth the value to be begin with due to its issues. Not to mention i traded my old car in so would have lost that also. Was then advised to go to finance company as they wouldn't do what was needed.
They had me agree to try repair it one last time, it has now been 3 weeks since drop off and have received zero communication, zero updates.
Now having to go through the stress of finance company and ombudsman to sort.
I also have 2 friends who have also purchased their vehicles from here in the last few months who are having similar issues with problems with vehicles and multiple returns to the shop to try and fix. Greatest advice is to avoid.

I contacted Synter about a used car and after a conversation with Jamie Steele I went there an hour later and the car was ready to view and test drive. Very friendly staff and an enjoyable experience

We'd been looking for a place where we could look at a whole range of upmarket cars in one place. Sytner is it. We booked to have a look at one car which was prepared and ready for us to look at in the dry and take for a drive. When that didn't quite meet our expectations we discussed our requirements and another was brought in. Daniel was patient, professional and not pushy in the slightest. An excellent experience - and we're delighted with the car.

MOT frustrations, certificate not printed clearly
Did the job OK but I was left waiting to ask if my car was ready when it was ready. I had a,"waiting appointment" for a simple MOT. Unfortunately they did not find time to investigate dashboard warning about tyre pressure. Now it's listed as an MOT advisory! Not helpful. Turns out pressure warning was due to colder winter temperature so tyres need a little further inflation. I have now solved the issue and Reset TPMS tyre pressure monitoring issue myself by calling Suzuki main dealer! They advised me just to inflate a bit.
MOT certificate was badly printed. Some areas not readable. I asked for another print out but this was not possible apparently. Frustrating experience
