Thank you to Freya and Chris Stone. We came in today and saw Freya to finalise the part X on our Arona. She has been very helpful to us from our first enquiry about the car just over 2 weeks ago to completing the purchase of the car today, in answering any queries and questions we had, taking a detailed video walk round the car and emailing it over to us. The whole transaction has been made fuss and hassle free.

Staff were informative and helpful
Staff were informative and helpful, broke down anything I was confused or unsure about and made it very simple and clear. We went through all the steps of the process and it was made so easy by Henry/harry and also the little bald fella was very helpful and made it very clear I could clearly see he was going the full distance and making sure I was completely sorted before leaving.

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service, brought a car a month ago and it started to have problems so brought it back in and had an appointment booked to not have any updates in the day I called 8 times and no one answered, so left it for the next day and rang 20 times still with no answer!!!!
For a big company for no one to answer my calls is horrendous!!
I would double think before buying from Sytner!!!!!
