It was a great experience with very friendly and helpful staff. The whole process was seamless and efficient and was made to feel very welcome.

Really poor customer service, reserved a car on Friday, saw it Saturday, then chased a week to be told they can’t sell it as they won’t make a commission because I want to buy it outright. Lesley the business manger continued to lie and put words into my mouth about the process.

Mohamed who dealt with our vehicle purchase was exceptional and no hard sell , showed us all the details of the car and extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the product, above and beyond

I cannot recommend Mohammad, Jacob and the whole of Sytner Cardiff enough. The service they provide is some of the best I’ve ever received.

If I could give 0 I would. Took a deposit for a car gave us bullshit about it being in the garage being prepped and then sold it to someone else after calling us to arrange collection
