Initial Car buy was good, but not once car had been bought
Sorted new car and part-ex of mine with Darius and Liam, great help at the time and very efficient. Now to the downside, whilst on test drive the odd warning came up (tyre pressure/ battery level low) knew the battery is probably down to car not been driven much and will sort once start driving and it did. However whilst driving back home, Tyre pressure kept going and having pumped back up kept going down. As Cardiff branch memtioned had taken to Bristol showroom to have it checked, there were 4 nails in rear tyre which would have been there when sold. This should have been checked and picked up when sold to me. Luckily didnt blow when driving home on motorway. However since Cardiff branch have said they wont cover the cost to change the tyre, even though this would/should have been known/checked before selling it to me. They haven't even contacted me to discuss and are not replying to messages. Not good customer service at all and wont be recommending this company to anyone. Also noted on another bad review a response was..our vehicles are thoroughly inspected before handover..which is obviously not the case.

Great sales team
On arriving we were greeted by Raj. He was polite, courteous and helpful. He gave us all the information we needed and asked for. His attitude was exceptional and he was pleasant throughout.
It was necessary for us to be introduced to Liam in relation to products including finance, although we had already indicated we wanted neither. Despite this Liam asked multiple questions about our reasoning for not wanting finance and came across as pushy. His manner was one of arrogance, masked with odd humour, and dampened the positive experience we had with Raj.
When collecting the car I had an appointment time of 10:15. This was recommended by Liam so that it would be a speedy handover. This ran over by more than ten minutes - no apology or explanation. Liam then went through the necessary financial elements. He informed me that the car was only now having the GardX treatment. When asking questions about tax Liam gave no answer but said that Tristan would go through everything.
Liam passed me on to Tristan. Similar to Raj, Tristan was professional, polite and courteous. He had a warm manner and was very helpful. He ran through everything with time and care. He explained everything carefully and took the time to check timings and be helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Overall the experience has worked for us. I am glad we had Raj and Tristan managing the majority of the sale - and doing the hard work. It’s a shame that us not wanting finance became more of a hindrance leading to an air of ‘can’t be bothered’ from Liam.

Positive experience
Mohammed was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing - friendly, knowledgeable and made everything feel easy. I test drove multiple cars which gave me a good feel for how they ran, though the test routes could be slightly longer to really get a sense for it. Overall really positive experience and would recommend Mohammed and the team at Sytner Select Cardiff.

I had had a bit of a traumatic car accident previously and needed a new car. Mohamed helped so much with choosing a new car that was just right for me. I had an amazing experience with the team at Sytner Select in Cardiff, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

She truly went the extra mile, even driving to Bristol to secure the car for me and bring it back to Cardiff. Enjoyable purchase
Having searched for several weeks forthe particular model and spec of car I wanted at a sensible price I eventually found it online at Sytner Cardiff.
My experience couldn't have been better. I was contacted straight away and upon visiting their showroom I was met by Kips who couldn't have been more helpful.
He wasn't pushy when it came to extended warranties which I didn't want.
I felt like a valued customer rather than just another sale.
I would certainly use this company again and can't thank Kips enough.

We received great customer service off Robert at the Sytner Chery garage. We visited on multiple occasions and each time Robert was friendly, helpful and honest. The other team members were also friendly and made a fuss of the children too. Great all around.

Great Service Turned a Difficult Sale Into a Positive Experience
I wanted to leave a review specifically for Mohammed, who I dealt with when buying my car.
There were a few issues during the sale that could easily have turned the experience into a stressful one. However, Mohammed’s communication, honesty, and willingness to step in and sort things out made a huge difference. He stayed professional throughout, kept me updated, and made sure everything was resolved properly rather than brushed aside.
Because of the way Mohammed handled things, what started as a difficult process actually ended up being a really positive experience. Customer service like that makes all the difference, and it’s the reason I would recommend dealing with him.

So I bought a car off sytner-select…
So I bought a car off sytner-select because of the great reviews on google so that was the winner for me as i was searching for the right car and company so everything was fine there but i was there waiting a bit longg even tho my appointment was booked for 11 and got seen 12.30 but they was busy so can not odds that i was happy everything seemed to be fine then on way home after sitting in loads of traffic so didnt notice anything till I got on m25 there was very bad vibrations so when I got home I booked in at a main dealer to check everything to find out it had a not so safe mot done by sytner-select with 4 buckled wheels radar not working service not fully completed with filters not changed wrong tyres fitted to car as they was rubbing so had to go without a car for over a mouth because of waiting to get problems sorted the bill cost sytner-select £4000
So if you do buy a car be sure to get it checked over by the right car company main dealer to check its safe i did have to get black horse involved to help get the car sorted.
I can't fault the aftersales team at sytner-select to get the car sorted was unbelievable helpful and made sure it was sorted thanks to the manager 👍🏻

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you encountered, we fully understand your concerns regarding the vehicle’s condition, particularly the vibration you experienced on the M25, as noted in your feedback, at the point of being notified of your concern we arranged a local to you inspection and immediately took responsibility for investigating the issue. the vibration was found to have been caused by the alloy wheels requiring realignment, prior to handover, the vehicle underwent a full inspection in line with our preparation standard and SELECT vehicle charter, at this point no vibration was detected, I also understand that during the test drive, no vibration was identified, although appreciate the journey home would have been in excess of 100 miles. to ensure of customer confidence we provide a 90-day guarantee to ensure that, should any fault arise after purchase, we are able to address it promptly and professionally, on this occasion, we followed that exact process to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. That said, I am genuinely sorry that you experienced frustration so early in your ownership, It is always our aim to deliver vehicles prepared to the highest standard, and I regret that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
