My first experience with SytnerSelect is when I first spoke to Lisa in Sales. I was cautious and wasn't really sure if the car I was looking at was suitable.
Lisa was amazing very professional. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the industry and explained everything in laymans terms which gave me total reassurance and confidence.
My husband and I took the 370 miles round trip to SynterSelect in Nottingham to purchase our car. We were looked after by Jack who explained everything to us. I had made lots of notes regarding the car and Jack very kindly explained everything to me. Nothing at all was to much trouble. Everything was very relaxed he made the whole car buying process a fabulous experience all.
I would definitely 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to purchase a car they definitely look after you and we absolutely love our car she's a beauty. Thank you Lisa and Jack.

I purchased a 2 year old Puma in Nov 2024 which was sold to me with a full service history. When I signed up to the Ford App there was no service recorded. I made numerous phone calls to speak to a manager and was diverted to an answer phone but my messages went unanswered. I eventually got to speak to Lisa Thorneywork who said she would chase it up with the garage that it came from. Fast forward nearly a year and hardly any returned calls or emails and I had to pay for another service to validate my warranty with Ford because the car developed a steering issue. If you are looking for good customer services I would recommend going elsewhere.

I purchased a used car 1 year ago and the service was excellent. This week I had a call from their sales dept. to ask how I was getting on with the car. I am extremely pleased with both the transaction and the follow up. They also dealt with a warranty issue very professionally. I would definitely deal with them again.

From my very first phone conversation, I felt like I was being listened to. Nothing was too much trouble for them Daniel was an absolute star. He was happy to keep bringing cars until I found the one that would suit what I needed in the way of boot space and accessibility. Right the way through to picking the car up and driving away I was made to feel welcomed and listened to the whole time. An added bonus is that their carpark has lots of space to park in while to look round unlike other local sales sites. Thank you Daniel, you are doing a great job.

Only used Sytners for my M.O.T as had bought my car there 2 yrs ago n was told I get a free M.O.T every year for as long as I own the car but I certainly not be bothering again. When I fetched my car, I was told my car was very dangerous n had failed but they could do the work that day, £1,250, I had to sign a disclaimer when I said I was taking my car without work being done. Took my car to garage ive used for over 20 yrs n lo n behold that very day, it passed its M.O.T. Apparently it only needed a new tyre n new brake pads which they did there & then. Things that definitely didn't need doing were put on Sytners list so will not be using them again.

Recently purchased a tesla from sytner select, Nottingham! Amazing service from start to finish from all staff, special mention to Jack Lee who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience - assett to the team!

Zayn was the member of staff that looked after us and his whole attitude and service was brilliant from start to finish. It started raining so Zayn asked us to wait inside and bought the 3 vehicles inside so we could compare all of them side by side and keep dry. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure all options were available to us. Would highly recommend to all and family members will definitely be coming here. I have bought cars through CarShop in the past and always felt I was being sold the finance and not the Car. Now under the Sytner Group banner things are surprisingly different. Jack Lee in particular was an amazing find at the Nottingham branch. From the first second he was helpful and welcoming and spent time with us and became an essential part of me going through with the purchase. Adam and Lisa were also on the ball and again made the experience well worth the trip up from Oxford.

Allens Normunds, very professional. A top top guy! Very respectful, considers and listens to the customer. Did not rush or pressure me during the whole process. There were little things to sort out which he rectified promptly efficiently ensuring I am 100% happy.
I have met many servicemen but Allens is right up there with one of the best.
