Very good customer service
Arun was the representative that was helping us to buy a car. He understood what we needed and worked quickly and efficiently to help us get what we was looking for. He was able to answer any questions we had and if he wasn't sure he was prompt in finding out the answers for us.

Very professional company
Very professional company, staff really friendly and accomodating. The person dealing with my sale was really patient, didn't rush or pressure me and was available pre and post sale to deal with queries. I would recommend them and when the time comes to look for a new car I will be in touch. The cars and showroom look great too and clearly prepared well.

In today for a service with my M2. As always the service department were extremely friendly and professional with every aspect to include a detailed video from Samual, my vehicle technician. Also discussed possible options with exchanging the car next year with Trevor, who again was professional friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Sadly I asked on two separate occasions for a coffee from the receptionist ladies, but none ever came, which is shocking from such an established main dealer. Thank you to the service department and Trevor in sales.

Helpful staff and an enjoyable experience
The salesman Allen was knowledgeable and very helpful. The process of exchanging my car for the new one was very quick and easy and was all completed in a morning. I was owed money back on my PX and having bought the car on Saturday I received the money on Monday. I have used Sytner Nottingham before and would definitely recommend them.

Today, we had a truly wonderful experience purchasing a car at Sytner Group. Three years ago, we bought our very first car in the UK here, and we were assisted by Dan. He was incredibly patient, explained everything in detail, and made our first car-buying experience in the UK smooth and reassuring.
To our surprise and delight, when we returned today to purchase a new car, we met Dan again ❤️. He is just as professional, patient, and considerate as before, always putting our needs first and providing us with valuable advice. We have complete confidence in him. In fact, it was the positive impression he gave us three years ago that made us trust the company’s after-sales service, which is why we decided to purchase another car here.
We would also like to sincerely thank Declan, the manager, who took the time to explain the contract thoroughly and gave us excellent advice from the customer’s perspective. Both Dan and Declan were professional, genuine, and attentive, which made the entire experience so enjoyable.
We are truly grateful for their outstanding service, and we have decided that we will always return to Sytner Group for future car purchases.
