Buying a Car
Me and my Husband bought a car from Wakefield depot today, customer service was great. Benjamin was very friendly and happy to help with any questions. Everything clearly spoken about and understanding of all the documents. Tyler who authorised everything was very helpful and sorted a good deal what worked for us. Overall good service, happy and hopefully many years we will enjoy the car.

Yvonne & Will were so helpful and not typical pushy car sales people. I felt they genuinely wanted to give what works for me. Having been to other car sales courts before, the service was excellent. They prepared the car exactly as requested and follow ups to check everything. I would definitely recommend and the whole experience was a pleasure!

If it was possible I’d give 0 stars. I reserved an Audi A7 for £99 without doing any prior checks as I thought Sytner Select would be a reputable car dealer. Upon doing further checks I found out the car had front end damage and there was mileage discrepancies. I then decided to give them a ring and they said they would refund my money. I was told it would take up to 5 working days, this was requested on 28th of January 2026 and I still haven’t received my refund. I have been calling every other day and every time I get told that it has been processed which is obviously a lie. The sales person I have been dealing with is Camron, he was happy to help when I showed interest in the car but since I want my money back that help has been non existent. I have been lied to and no one can take accountability for the matter. £99 might not seem like much but why are they holding onto my money? The only reason I’m writing this review is because I know they’ll finally get on it. Please do your car checks before reserving and don’t blindly trust big car dealers like I did. Sytner Select Wakefield, can you hurry up and give my money back?

Great car buying experience...
Had a lovely experience buying a car here recently. Sales staff were friendly and not at all pushy. We felt we ended up with a good deal on our part ex. Kids kept busy in the play area and Yvonne and Will looked after us, even taking my wife to get some lunch for the kids while waiting for the paper work. Would recommend.
