Really pleased with the car which was as described and extremely well presented. Jack (despite his terrible coffee 🙂) was really pleasant and helpful.
I would have liked more information re the warranty options prior to the final sale as felt rushed and had no time to make an informed decision.

Fantastic service…….
From the first day that I went to view the car ( that I eventually bought) I was very impressed with Sytner.
It was stress and hassle free from day one.
I didn’t buy the car straight away as I needed to have a think about it, I went back and purchased the car because I wanted it but just as important to me was that the sales guy I dealt with ( Charlie Barry ) did not pressurise me in any way.
One of the managers ( James Pryor) was also very helpful in setting up the sale and explaining things to me.

Really poor communication but ok purchase process
Great selection of cars and the process of buying is fairly easy and straightforward when the employees actually communicate to you or to each other.
I bought a car that had clear issues identified on the test drive. I was told that these would be rectified before I collected the car and I would be contacted with an update.
After 3 days of no news I called to get an update to be told everything was sorted. When I listed off the issues to check the main problem wasn't on the list. I asked to speak to the service manager. He was very helpful but hadn't been made aware of the problem by the sales staff.
Another 2 days passed. No news. I emailed each day and called being told I'd get a call back. No communication whatsoever.
I finally got a call after a week to say the car was ready to collect and when I checked again everything had been done this time. I asked what the cause of the problem was and I was told the service department didn't know. I've no idea how something can be fixed if the cause isn't known but... I'm fully expecting to have to use the warranty going forward which isn't great for confidence in the checks they perform.
I appreciate people are busy but 0 communication over an entire week is pretty poor. Will definitely advise friends and family to go elsewhere

Trouble free car purchase with Sytner Select Warrington
Bought a Ford Kuga on Wednesday from Sytner Select Warrington. From the easy to navigate website to the purchase of the car everything was trouble free. Thanks to Connor for the first couple of calls, to Adam for the personalised video which answered all of my questions, and to Nathan for spending the time with us for the test drive, touch ups to the car that were required and for the non pressurised sale. Excellent purchase process with quick responses
I bought my Golf GTI today so I can only comment on the purchase process. I was greatly impressed by salesman Charlie Barry who, true to his word, picked me up on time from the station upon my arrival. He has a very easy going manner and made the whole process completely stress-free. James Prior also dealt with my purchase and helped to make the process of buying a pleasant one. As far as I can tell from driving the car back home (200 miles), it is in good condition. As someone who has been through the vehicle purchasing process on a number of occasions over decades, Synter Select Warrington have been far more professional than I have previously experienced with other car sales companies. I can only recommend them based on this experience!

Bought a Discovery Sport from Sytner Select last week, and collected on Saturday.
Incredibly impressed by the whole experience. Test drive was organised without fuss, and the various warranty elements covered off in detail.
Very pleased with the car, and the good natured and friendly service from George Latham and James Prior throughout.
