Professional car dealer better than the rest
Well what an operation. I was lucky enough to deal with George in the first instance and James when it came to the money!!!! George was a true professional and really nice guy. The quality of cars is amazing and properly prepared. Three months warranty from Sytner not some insurance company who try not to pay out. George couldn’t do enough to help. I pointed out a couple of things that needed attention and they got done no problem! I took out the 3 year Sytner warranty on offer, its similar to a manufacturers with break down and one years MOT cover too which contributes if the car fails its first MOT after purchase. I was very impressed that the additional warranty doesn’t start until the 3 month warranty has passed so in effect getting 39 months cover.
I’ve dealt with other Sytner branches over the years and they are just better than the rest!!! and they aren’t any more expensive than all the other dealers just happier!

Main Dealer Experience for Quality Used Cars
To buy an expensive car so thoroughly checked and prepared and offered with a warranty from such a big name is irreplaceable in my opinion. The peace of mind. The sales team consisting of Sam, Joe, Adam and Nathan were all excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Superb service from the first time I walked into the showroom. Salesman Jack was especially outstanding in his professional style and the way he guided me through the start to finish of purchasing the Porsche Panamera. I found a car at Sytner Select Warrington via Autotrader online and clicked onto their website for more information.
I called and spoke with a sales person (Luke) who quickly sent to me a walk around video of the car. Sufficiently impressed with the video shortly after this negotiations were completed for an online purchase which included delivery of the vehicle. Unfortunately due to an error by the sales division the vehicle was delivered to the wrong address at 08.30 in the morning and I then had to resolve the issue and quickly arrange for delivery to the correct address on the same day causing me a lot of inconvenience.
I later received a follow-up post sale call and explained the issue of delivery........and then everything went quiet......
After hearing nothing for several days I then wrote to the head of sales outlining the issue and received a very prompt response agreeing to settle the out of pocket expenses with apologies that I had incurred inconvenience and extra delivery costs. It was fortunate that I had written emails outlining a purchase proposal and agreement with Sytner Select Warrington so that the email string could be referred to to establish the mistake.
The error in delivery was a simple, avoidable mistake which could happen in any organisation but the outstanding element was that it was handled extremely efficiently after I had escalated the issue.
The vehicle itself was as described and presented well. Based on my experience I would recommend Sytner Select Warrington for the vehicle selection, all staff were polite my only recommendation is that a written record of the transaction is kept and double check with absolute clarity all the important elements of the purchase.
I can therefore only award a 4 star review due to the initial delivery error.

Purchased a Tesla today from Sytner Warrington, the service was brilliant from start to finish. Rony, Nathan and Samuel were all very helpful in every aspect of the sale and made the process smooth. I was able to part ex my vehicle and drive away in my new Tesla in less than 24 hours with no issues. Needless to say, all 3 staff are an absolute asset to the showroom.

From the moment I walked in, Josh introduced himself and we had a good chat, got me a drink and then seated me whilst Jack got some documents ready.
Jack then showed me around car and assisted me on a test drive. The car was as described, in excellent condition.
James then processed the payment etc.
It all ran very smoothly and all 3 guys were a credit to Sytner, all very knowledgeable and answered any questions I asked honestly.
Great car buying experience and I would 100% buy again from this branch.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS INCLUDING KATE THOMPSON.
Would not buy a car from these people again if my life depended on it. The nicest friendlies sales men but then once they have your money you’re better off dealing with a brick wall as I’m still waiting a call back from 2023.
Bought a car a few years ago and have constant problems with it from around 6 months in. Spent most of its time in their workshop ‘having repairs’ than actually being drove as they couldn’t find a fault after nearly a year. After they realised they couldn’t fix it we then took it to Mercedes under their instruction for a diagnostics (which we paid for) and was then told that the faults on the diagnostics would be repaired (they wasn’t) only 1 out of 5 problems were repaired and now we have a £3000 bill from Mercedes to fix a fault from a that was on the original diagnostics. Tried to get answers from the useless Kate Thompson who is the service manager but got more chance of a decent review from me than any sort of answer out of her, just been sent round the houses for weeks now and been told there’s nothing she can do.

We first noticed the car on the website and after making an initial enquiry, which Sytner Warrington didn’t follow up with us, we are glad that we made further enquiries and George came to our rescue with a video of the Mercedes we were interested in, well done George.
That day arrangements were made to see the car and George met us with a big smile and a coffee, showed us around the vehicle and took it for a test drive, all great. Then we met James, very polite, and fully explained what deal he could do and all the other options available to us. He was a pleasure to deal with and we agreed to purchase the car there and then. Collected it a few days later and are very happy with the vehicle, so a big thank you to you all.
