Fantastic experience searching and buying the car.
Had some very very minor issues with it, which were fixed so quickly and efficiently, and for that I have to commend David H- He has been so wonderful from the get go, extremely understanding and patient. I do feel like the past trauma from purchasing cars has now healed thanks to the wonderful team at Sytner Select Warrington- Thanks guys, you have all been truly great!! :'D

Lose the car for the DAY for a MOT
Got my MOT done here twice so far as it’s free with contract.
Having to drop the car off all day is a massive inconvenience, tried to give an employee my key and he wouldn’t take it, so ended up risking leaving it on a wheel for the staff to find later, this should be as standard that if you work there you take and look after the key.
Yes got the car back after hours and hours but the MOT only takes 45mins.

We bought a stunning 2017 BMW 520d touring from Joe just over a week ago.
From the moment myself and the Mrs walked in the show room, we felt comfortable being able to walk around without being hounded.
I knew the exact car I was looking for and Joe made it very easy to access and accompanied us on a test drive.
He was very chilled and very personable.
He seemed genuinely interested in what we were talking about.
The car was almost immaculate (it is 7 years old after all) - minor stone chips to be expected and a tiny mark in the rear bumper.
I can live with those.
The rest is spotless.
Very reasonable price and full Sytner BMW service history.
We were then passed to Gabi to discuss the extended warranty.
Again, there was absolutely no pressure and we had a nice long chat that Gabo again seemed genuinely interested in.
I was going through a rejection of another vehicle and couldn't 100% confirm when I could collect the car.
Not an issue.
Joe arranged for a smaller deposit to be put down and held the car for almost a week.
On arrival for collection Joe and Gabi were both busy with other customers (I called at short notice asking to collect) so Gabi printed off the documents for the extended warranty for me to read and Joe made me the best cup tea I've ever had.
The extended warranty all stacks up so we went ahead and took that out while I was there.
I'm confident I won't need it but it's back up if something does go wrong.
Overall I would 100% recommend Sytner Select Warrington for a used car and would recommend Joe's and Gabi's service.

Great Service from Start to Finish
I recently visited the Sytner Warrington site with my wife looking to trade in our old car, which we had outgrown and which had given us good service over the years.
We visited with no clue what we wanted but had a budget in mind of how much we wanted to spend.
We were met by Gabrielious who after working out what was available for our budget came up with a suggestion of vehicles that may suit our needs, he came up with three.
Swiftly and efficiently he organised the three cars for us to try and we we took each one on a test driver on by one. The result was we found our perfect car, highly polished and looking brand new, even though it was 2 years old.
We then went back inside to talk through the options and were introduced to Iosua who looks after the finance side of things, he clearly explained the finance cost with monthly payments and explained how each payment option would work with open transparency explaining how much more we would pay with finance over three four and five years. PCP with the final payment and HP options each explained in a way we could understand, no waffle or jargon.
No pressure, no pushy salesman talk, all very relaxed and professional.
So what was the result? We bought a car and picked it up 3 days later, which was our choice of course.
Gabrielious & Iosua were nothing short of superb and a great credit to Sytner, they made buying a car a pleasure, completely stress free purchase, great communication, I cannot speak more highly of the level of service they provide.
They even provided a bunch of flowers for the wife, which was a really nice touch.

Very helpful and no pressure purchase from Sytner Select. Car purchased was an Aston Martin Vanquish 10 years old in excellent like new condition. The sale was lead by Jack Lewis who was extremely polite and a pleasure to deal with assisted by Adam. Product knowledge and car history was very helpful in making our personal decisions.
Our 4th time of purchase from Adam at Sytner Select and we still have the other three vehicles in our ownership.

Extended warranty
Had to book a repair under warranty as the locking mechanism on one of the doors in my car was faulty. Problem was quickly diagnosed and claim authorised after providing service history for the car. Issue was fixed a few days later when the new part arrived. Service department was very helpful.

Awful Service and no care for Consumer Rights
After purchasing my vehicle, it has had to go back to them 7 times for numerous different faults within only 6 months of having the vehicle. Of the 6 months I've had it, synter have had it back for 2 months for the repairs. When I have tried to invoke my right to refuse the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act they have carried out and 'full' investigation within a few hours and then concluded that as the vehicle had been repaired it wasn't there problem.
They clearly know the system as they authorised their own repair without consulting me and used this as an excuse to not accept a vehicle return under the said Act despite my situation being fully defined in the Act but yet they still refuse. They will happily sell you a vehicle but any issues afterwards and your on your own. Very slow repairs (over a month for 1 problem!) and very poor service. I wish I could say the servoce manager was helpful but she was very dismissive and didn't take any care in the appauling service I had received and was more bothered about not giving the refund I am entitled to.
Clearly more about money than service, safe to say I will not be buying from here again as clearly they do not think the law to protect buyers applies to them.
