But I could not have been more wrong. No hard sell, just a truly well mannered young man who knows his stuff.

We have just bought a beautiful car from Sytner Select Warrington and have to say that the whole experience was very professional, relaxed and no pressure. We had seen a car on-line so went to view it. We were introduced to our sales person Ronnie who was really helpful and answered any questions we had and took us through the process effortlessly. James was also involved for part of the process and again great to have his help. Highly recommend Sytner to everyone

Was sold a faulty car
Was sold a faulty car. They said they fixed it but didn't. Proved it and got the purchase unwound by the finance company and yet they still haven't refunded the money. This started in April and its now November. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!
Edit - i did email the GM and had no response. So thanks for responding to this review and not following up. Sums up my experience perfectly 👌

My car went in for an MOT and service. This was arranged by Rony, who was incredibly helpful and arranged it super quickly. Adam on the day dealt with my car and he was so lovely and talked me through everything. The service was immaculate. I will definitely be going back next year.
