Bought a Mazda cx-30 from Nick earlier this month. There was an issue when we went to view the car so Nick brought the car to us once the issue was resolved for a test drive. Great customer experience. The buying was fast and efficient and done within the hour as they had everything ready to go.

Terrible communication, unprofessional, don't care once your out the building
Bought a Kia Sportage estate with a 2000 deposit and 2000 part exchange, rest to be financed, from the start I asked for finance over 3 years, everything was going smooth, agreed to have added vaps under what I thought was a good deal and then there was a hiccup with the address on my driving licence, I had my son with me and we was there around 4 hours, due to this I overlooked manually signing the finance documents and it has gone over 5 years which has added more interest, I have the 14 day cool off in which it states on my contract I can remove the VAPS without any reason (although I have a reason), I have tried to get in touch with the company for 2 weeks and being fobbed off basically, had basic communication, very unprofessional, I was told someone from the management team would be in touch Saturday 14th, this is now Wednesday 18th writing this and still no communication off anyone. Absolute sham. Shameful.

No deposit refund... No Contact... Poor customer service.
Went to view a Volvo, car was nice and just not for me. I paid £99 deposit and it hasn't been refunded when I was told it would be. No phone calls and can't get through when I ring the Warrington branch. I'd avoid going back here.

Awful company
Awful company, Stephanie Mountain offers 0 level of customer service.
Not trying to help customers, don’t answer phone, don’t answer business WhatsApp don’t communicate unless it’s to give incorrect information.
They sold me a car unfit for sale which I was then without for two weeks while it was fixed with no compensation which I had to take to main dealer as they said the car was fine when it wasn’t.

Cass very helpful. He recorded a video of the car for me and was very helpful when I called into the sales team after searching for a car online. Then when I came in to collect the car the next day I was greeted and assisted by Mohammed and Joe both also very helpful and knowledgeable. I had never driven automatic before. Mohammed put me at ease and guided me during the test drive. Very good car buying experience. I will defo be buying my next car from Sytner. Very good experience all round.
