Really nice polite staff and good quality work.
I was booked in for a day that suited me, I was able to leave my car there the night before which helps me massively. The work was carried out to a good standard and I was able to track the progress of thr work. The service advisors were very helpful and polite. I couldn't ask for anything more.

No recommendation because they give me faulty car . I bought Audi A6 car and same day after with in one hour have some engine problems (jerking engine noice and vibration too much ). I

i Called so many time to request sales team and they said we can arrange recovery truck to take AudiA6 . No complete 24 hours for bought car and waiting for recovery truck
And I request for courtesy car they denied , I have no any car for go work And my son have disability we go every day hospital I don’t know what I will do and how to mannage and don’t know how long to take to come to clollet car and how long to fix it . I am very upset 😠 now .

Catastrophic brake failure!
We purchased a Tesla from Sytner Warrington for nearly £30,000. They stated it had new tyres and brake pads when purchased - it had the "Sytner 135 point verified vehicle check".
After driving on the motorway with our young children in the car, the brakes completely failed. Thankfully we managed to pull over and have the vehicle revered to Tesla, whereupon they confirmed the brake pad replacement by Sytner was incorrect, causing a brake pipe fault and burst pipe (they provided evidence).
After contacting Sytner customer services, the salesperson who sold us the vehicle and the dealership manager to discuss the issue, they simply did not reply to any contact. Not an acknowledgement, call or reply - even from their area manager Steve Whittle who we copied in.
This could have been multiple fatalities and the company didn't even have the decency to reply to our contact attempts.
Be extremely careful of Sytner.

Do no bother buying from here!
This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. I bought a car from the on the 20th Jan 2026 and they failed to put an updated service on which was due. I questioned this and was told it was not due, I ended up getting the Peugeot official service plan and emailing it to them. They eventually agreed to service the car. While it was in for the service I mentioned that it had a ticking noise when turning corners. They looked at it and said it was a problem with the gearbox and I had to take it up with Peugeot even though I had only owned the car for two weeks. After I made a complaint they agreed to arrange a loan car and for them to take it to a garage(Stoneacre) that could fix the issue. Turns out it needs two new drive shafts. It has been with the garage now for three weeks due to a delay in the parts being delivered, in that time Sytner have not kept me up do date and whenever I call them they promise to call me back but guess what they don’t!! They are the most infuriating company to deal with. They have no communication experience at all and it’s impossible to find out who is in charge. They have now stopped answering my calls all together. Please be very cautious buying a car from this place. Shame on you Sytner or should I say Sh*tner!

My car failed Mot on one tyre
My car failed Mot on one tyre , took 24hrs to get a tyre fitted arranged by yourself . Need to ask customer to get it fitted, would have been quicker I believe . My mats were lifted and dust and stones were underneath the mat . Very poor on the vacuum. Maybe should have left it , if valet not choosen . Very slow response after paying for a service done on car . Shame staff on counter Very helpful . My 5th time service and inspection , let down this time
