The description of the car including a full walkaround video was spot on and gave me the confidence to put a fully refundable depost down. When I went to collect the car I was picked up at the train station by the garage which was a nice touch.

First, I need to provide evidence to prove that I have the free MOT plan and your shop did not have records because you turned to Sytner Select from Carshop but this is not my problem and both dealers are under the same group. So inconvenience.
Second, the advisor gave me a price for a tyre and then called me later on saying that she gave me a wrong price and asked for a higher cost. Unacceptable.
Last, they told me that they could change the tyre and got the MOT done in the same day but end up they did not have the tyre on time and kept my car overnight. On the next day they still didn’t have the tyre in the morning but they didn’t notify me and I waited until 4pm to get my car back. Completely unprofessional service.

Professional service from start to finish.
Purchased a some what of a older and average car (great condition and spec might I add), compared to some of the other cars on show at the forecourt (Porsche, Bentley, Audi, Range rover) and felt like I was treated exactly the same as I would have been if I was purchasing one of those cars.
Not to mention my car had a free MOT added to it before I travelled up to purchase it.
Great customer service. When I win the lottery I'll be back to visit for sure

Very happy with my first experience with Sytner
This was my first time using Sytner and the whole process from identifying the vehicle I was interested in on the website to placing my reservation fee was very simple. Spoke to Danny the next day and went for a test drive and all ready for me on my arrival. From the time I made the reservation to Gavin my Discovery delivered to my home (and my trade in taken away) was complete within 4 days! Very easy process thank you!
