This dealership is a joke
This dealership is a joke. Bought a ford ranger. Wheel nuts half on. Just passed a MOT. 3 days later keeps cutting out. Oil pump failure and crank sensor. Asked for my old car back and money. They said you can’t have your car back we own it now. Full refund can take 14 days. Remember only had it 3 days. When buying the car. The sales man kept leaving us and dealing with others at the same time. Was there till closing.
Communication skills don’t think they have any PEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.
I don’t have a good word to say about anyone who works there. The only good thing is the hot chocolate out of the machine.

Norris was very helpful
I had a great experience buying my car thanks to the salesman Norris who looked after me. He was extremely polite, helpful, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before making a decision. Excellent customer service from start to finish – highly recommended!

Greg was great from start to finish
Greg was great from start to finish. Cant fault the service.
Update: my car had 3 tyres replaced and the 1 they didn’t replaced a nail in. My heating doesn’t work correctly and found out there was a recall on the car which I now have to go and sort.

BMW Z4
Firstly I enquired about a Used BMW Z4 and requested a more in depth video of the car which Norris kindly sent me covering the condition of the wheels, leather seats and the soft top.
After seeing the video and reserving the vehicle I dealt with both Norris and Tenneil the following day when I travelled down to Sytner Select Wolverhampton. Norris kindly took me for a test drive then later they both explained the paperwork thoroughly and provided refreshments throughout.

He made sure the cars MOT was pushed through early as I was picking the car up the following weekend and it was due early next month. Overall a great experience and extremely helpful overall. Worst car company I’ve had misfortune to deal with
Bought a BMW full dealer history. Paid £500 deposit told we would get an update when this would be ready to collect in a couple days. Almost 2 weeks later having chased and chased for an update and receiving numerous excuses we were told they couldn’t sell us the car as it was dangerous. This quickly changed to will cost too much money to fix the issues it has. We’ll come back to that, In the meantime the deposit would be back in our bank in 3 days. On the 3rd day we called them to see where the deposit was, the garage did not answer numerous calls from our mobile. So we withheld our number and amazingly it was answered within a few rings. They would call us back they said. Again. Well they hadn’t for the 2 weeks previous, and they didn’t disappoint again. We went to the dealership to be told the refund hadn’t been processed would be next week sometime. Maybe. After asking for the dealer principle to appear they couldn’t do enough and eventually the refund is being processed. So Back to the car. The night after we paid the deposit it was still available to reserve for £99. The next morning it was reserved not sold but reserved. They clearly have sold this twice but instead of being truthful come up with a bunch of lies. A BMW with full service history BY THEIR OWN BMW DEALERSHIP now is too dangerous or expensive or whatever they want to say this week for us to buy. Joke of a company do not waste you time and money on these people.
