Received excellent service from Callum on the sales team who sold me my lovely used electric mini.
I’m also ordering a new one and Callum spent a considerable amount of time going through all the options.
Chris in the finance team also spent time with me explaining PSP.
Great company and service.
Beautiful show room too and lovely ladies there always at hand to make a lovely cappuccino !

Excellent service throughout the whole process. Even though we had a long wait for the delivery of our new car, Our salesman kept in regular contact with updates on expected delivery time.

Mark Thomas and in particular Rory Turner were fantastic with fitting in a test drive, quick email responses every day, answering all my queries and walking me through the documentation - and of course driving the car over. Very impressive.

I would highly recommend using Sytner Mini Slough to find your car. The service and process of finding my first car to the delivery of my car was made easy and stress free by Nikki Badhan and her colleagues who assisted me with any questions or queries I had.

Excellent service I went to view my car on the Friday evening and collected it after purchasing on the Monday. Process was made easy by all. A special thank you to Jamie he worked so hard to make it possible which I am extremely grateful. Vehicle on handover was explained fully. Rory Turner was so nice to deal with. He explained everything in full without ever being overbearing or like a ‘typical’ car salesman. I would definitely recommend Rory to my family and friends when they are next looking to buy a car.

Sytner Slough

Awful experience getting an engine warning light sorted.
Took my newish Audi twice to Sytner Slough, no faults found even though the dash was telling me to drive slowly to an Audi dealer. (this warning light was not on all of the time but Audi Uk told me not to drive it with the warning light on) Took it again, no faults found.
Asked me to bring it in for a third time. I asked what they were going to do for the third time that was different. No answer, I phoned the business manager who did not bother to phone back. Had to get on to Sytner HO to escalate the problem. Then Slough answered my question.
So three days off work 7 telephone calls to Sytner goodness knows how many emails and my car is diagnosed with a faulty cam sensor. The whole experience was very stressful, wasted a lot of my time,
and the condescending attitude of the service manager was appalling. I was also asked to pay £25 per day for the insurance on a loan car even though my car is still under warranty and my own insurance covered me. Finally I was able to sign a loan/demonstration form
agreeing to pay an insurance excess of £1000.
Unfortunately I found this Audi garage was not in the least bit interested in my problem, totally different attitude to when they sold me the car when nothing was too much trouble.
Their after sales motto about delivering exceptional customer service and truly caring about your experience is a fairy tale.
Please be warned.

Very pleased with the MINI but given the outlay in purchasing a new car I expected to receive a far better service than that provided. There was a change to the build specification that I was only apprised of just a few days prior to collection and there were a few instances of my wishes being ignored and of a lack of clarity regarding the documentation. Rightly or wrongly I felt that my needs were secondary to those of the showroom. Either improved training is required or closer supervision should be provided. Having said that the personnel I dealt with were both courteous and attentive.

Having had quite a rushed handover when we collected the Audi Q5 - because we did not want to drive home in the dark - we went back on on the 16th December & had a comprehensive introduction to our new Audi Q courtesy of Warren Patey & others.

Overall we were pleased with the service we received & are very happy with our new car.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience buying my Mini Clubman. Nick Faulkner was excellent at every stage, ably assisting with my (many!) queries and making the whole process feel really straightforward. Above all, appreciated the friendly calls and non-pressured approach. Delivery all went well too. Would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

From the moment I stepped into the showroom I was greeted by friendly staff. I met with one of the consultants who really took the time to understand my needs and my financial situation. I was not pressured or rushed to make a decision, I was given several options to consider that suited my needs. I purchased a car and the whole process was problem free and simple. The sales consultant kept me updated on estimated arrival time on my new car. When I went to collect my vehicle again I was greeted by friendly staff and was offered a beverage. The process again was simple and problem free. Mini really do go the extra mile and have amazing customer service. If anyone is looking for a new car. I would highly recommend them.
