Sytner delivers exceptional customer service and fantastic support in delivering quality servicing for your vehicle. Service costs are outlined upfront with in-service video shared to clearly show any areas requiring attention, particularly under the car. The team are genuinely personable, friendly, professional and attentive to their customers' needs with a comfortable area to wait whilst your service is completed either to relax or work remotely. Complimentary tea/coffee available. I would highly recommend them for services or MOTs. The complimentary car wash and vacuum post service is great.

No parking sensors at all
No parking sensors at all. Spoke to Ola in service who was very helpful with options and flexible about a booking. Decided on a remote diagnosis first which identified the problem. Problem with a front sensor identified. Booked the repair with confidence then. Nice replacement BMW 330e booked for the day. Good health check provided too. Prompt collection and payment finished a great experience. Sensors all working again.

Only a BMW will do but it is the people who count.
As I have driven BMW cars from 1985 onwards to the present day, the product sells itself. It is, however, the people at Sytners that make the difference.
Prior to the recent purchase of the 120 M Sport I had only dealt with two of your sales staff both of whom had given excellent service over the years before moving on to other career opportunities. So having to become acquainted with a new face presented a new challenge. Sharon certainly met the high standards which I have enjoyed from your staff throughout the 2000's and she and all of the people supporting her are a real credit to your company.
