Excellent Service from start to finish
I had the best experience from start to finish in purchasing my Mini Cooper. All the staff, especially Paul who helped myself and my husband with the choice of my new car, was excellent. Even in these difficult circumstances with Covid the staff were sensitive to the situation but still eager to help us as best they could. I found Paul to be a very helpful and friendly member of the team and was impressed with his enthusiasm and his desire to help when purchasing my new car.. I would thoroughly recommend purchasing a Mini from the range they have at Sytner, Solihull.

Attentive service from start to finish
Attentive service from test drive to handover. Paul Brown was great at ensuring I chose the mini and features that met my needs. There was no pressure to purchase. Once ordered Paul kept me up to date until my mini was delivered. Covid safety measures are in place but this didn’t stop the experience of Purchasing from Sytner been an enjoyable one.

Mini Clubman
I wasn’t certain that I wanted a mini but the sales lady talked us through all of the models letting us sit in them. She gave us a honest view of each Model which was very refreshing. Then she searched for what we wanted and came up with our ideal car. Not smarmy or condescending but honest.

Cathrine Thompson was very good and helpful. The car she found was not up to the standard when it arrived at Solihull dealership, so found me another in the deadline i set due to my daughter returning to uni and needing the vehicle for her trip.

Absolutely fantastic service from the dealership and in particular our assigned sales executive Sophie Whittaker. We bought the cars remotely and the process was made completely hassle free - nothing was too much trouble, right the way through to collection.

Brilliant customer service!
The team at Sytner Solihull MINI are brilliant. I have recently purchased a new electric car from them and Paul Brown was fantastic, spending lots of time with us, explaining all about the car. He then kept me fully informed of progress - even when we went in to lockdown! We have also had all of our Minis serviced at Sytner Solihull. The team are polite, hard working and efficient. I lost my wife to cancer and I had to get rid of a VW transporter and a Ducati motorbike. Mathew and Catherine were extremely helpful and helped me out with doing a deal on a mini for me and my little boy. Great service.
I visited the day after reopening after lockdown. Catherine was really helpful and knowledgeable about cars available and the offer and service stopped me going to another car dealership. I had to wait a little longer than expected to get my car but that was not the fault of the dealership. I would highly recommend Sytner Mini.
